I always knew they were trustworthy, reliable, and thorough, but it was only when I recently packed up to move out of the area and realized that there was NO DUST in my apt - on anything, even the pictures way up on the walls - that I realized just what a great job they had been doing. I would highly recommend their cleaning services - I couldn't have asked for more!

We spoke with this company and explicitly told them how much we needed hauled (small basement's…read moreworth). We were very specific to ask the size of the truck. We were told they had a small truck and a large one for whole households and that we'd be the smaller truck and gave us a quote. Today they showed up, put 4 things on a mostly empty trailer (not truck) and told us that was all they could take. If we wanted to fill the trailer it would be twice as much. It was unbelievable, very misleading. We had them unload the few items and they left (telling us good luck finding anyone else.) They may have gotten good reviews from those who only need a specific item or items taken, but beware of hiring them for anything else. Oh, and by the way, they request to be paid in cash rather than check.

We had never booked a dumpster rental before but we had done a big cleanup on an old property and…read moreneeded to get rid of a large amount of varied materials. Anthony at Mansaz was responsive, helpful, and really friendly, taking time to answer all of our questions. We were able to pay online; the quote we were given in advance was 100% accurate, something I've heard some other waste removal companies struggle with. The truck was delivered on a Friday, and picked up again on the following Monday, which was very convenient for us. I had been nervous about lifting heavy material up into a dumpster but it was actually the back of a truck, with a ramp, which was a super user-friendly arrangement. Anthony recycled the metal we had put in one corner as he recommended, and sent us a bill for the disposal fee on the tires we had collected - smaller than we expected and very affordable. The whole process couldn't have been easier or more straightforward. Based on this experience I highly recommend these folks.

(They hauled the first load at short notice and returned with the empty dumpster for that second load.) We could not have done it without them. We were also down a pair of hands on the second day of the move and were able to hire them for one hour of assistance. Again, saved us! Highly recommended.

The crew was personable and clearly had work ethic and rapport with one another. After a truck trouble delay (not their fault) the 4 guys got right to work with Nate directing the furniture/box Tetris. They respected my belongings (wrapping delicate pieces and watching tight spots) and didn't complain about the stairs or heavy-ass Peloton bike. Loading up always takes longer but the team powered through and emptied the truck quickly at our destination. They even took a moment to celebrate my awesome new basement. Nate quoted me on the high end and came in under budget (which I appreciate much more than the reverse situation!). Have already recommended Mountain Movers to my network.
