Dealing with Sharon at I-Deal Storage was a dream! Super helpful, even the website is easy to navigate and everything is spelled out. Without ever seeing anyone, the unit was rented, paid for and available 24/7. Upon moving out we simply emptied the unit, left it broom clean, closed but unlocked & our security deposit was returned. They have an online bill pay which is not accessible do to it not allowing you to set up an account. It sends you through a loop. When you call to get help they do not answer or call back. Each year the rent goes up. Not a valuable service when they do not provide customer service.
