I waited a week then decided to use the coupon to order on my phone app. Well, the coupon code would not work no matter what I tried. I used my laptop's browser to order with the same result, "coupon code not found." I then submitted feedback again to DiBella's on their website and to this day I have not heard anything back from them. I've decided to give up on them completely and tried to delete my account via the phone app and received the error message, "Route not found." This is the most amateur operation I've ever seen.
