They said would "make us happy" and offered a refund, but then refused to answer many phone calls, emails, and letters when we asked for one. It is insulting to be treated by Clarity in such a dismissive and deceptive way. I have never been treated in this way by any business. I wish I could give Clarity zero stars and sue them in small claims court.

Seeing as they were the first ones open, I had picked them solely for that reason. I gathered up my two glasses fragments and off I went. When I arrived, I was confused - they had been open only 45 minutes, but they already had a wait for a repair. Concerned, I went to get a little coffee-and, returned in about 40 minutes, and they still hadn't gotten to my glasses. I was a little surprised, but I chose to wait. The technician [whose name I did not get] picked up my broken glasses after about 10-15 more minutes. Needless to say, the technician was EXCELLENT. Most places near DC where I live would have driven the screw, swiped a cloth at the lenses and called it a day. The technician: drove the screw to repair the glasses, replaced my nose pads, re-adjusted my frames back to how they originally fit, and sealed the screws with nail polish [probably common to others, but unheard of to me]... for NO charge! In fact, she refused my offer for payment, and told me to spread the word. So here I am, spreading it. EXEMPLARY customer service.

I, like everyone else have had many eye exams over the years but none of the optometrists have communicated what they were doing and what they saw in the tests like Dr. Curran did. The reason I was in there was because the glasses I got from my last exam that a different local optometrist did over a year ago never felt right. I ended up wearing an older prescription. Dr. Curren examined the glasses from my last exam and told me exactly what was wrong with them. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I haven't placed an order for glasses using the new prescription yet. I'll update this review after I get the new glasses.
