After spending $1,378 on two pairs of glasses, I mistakely believed Clarity would stand behind its work. They said would "make us happy" and offered a refund, but then refused to answer many phone calls, emails, and letters when we asked for one. It is insulting to be treated by Clarity in such a dismissive and deceptive way. I have never been treated in this way by any business. I wish I could give Clarity zero stars and sue them in small claims court.

It seems pretty obvious that before installing brand new lenses that the frames should be prepped and cleaned. Not very happy with this laziness.

Seeing as they were the first ones open, I had picked them solely for that reason. I gathered up my two glasses fragments and off I went. When I arrived, I was confused - they had been open only 45 minutes, but they already had a wait for a repair. Concerned, I went to get a little coffee-and, returned in about 40 minutes, and they still hadn't gotten to my glasses. I was a little surprised, but I chose to wait. The technician [whose name I did not get] picked up my broken glasses after about 10-15 more minutes. Needless to say, the technician was EXCELLENT. Most places near DC where I live would have driven the screw, swiped a cloth at the lenses and called it a day. The technician: drove the screw to repair the glasses, replaced my nose pads, re-adjusted my frames back to how they originally fit, and sealed the screws with nail polish [probably common to others, but unheard of to me]... for NO charge! In fact, she refused my offer for payment, and told me to spread the word. So here I am, spreading it. EXEMPLARY customer service.

He even offered to print both my prescriptions that I can take anywhere else, which was nice because I have had other places pressure me into buying there and being difficult about getting the copy. The choices for glasses has improved since my first initial visit. They have more designer frames now. I'm not a brand snob but you wear your glasses everyday all day, they need to look good and stand up to a lot. My glasses came in sooner than they said. I got a call and headed in to have them fitted. The woman knew what she was doing and was patient as she made all the adjustments. I went with the two eyeglass pair with eye exam and anti reflective coating for the lenses. Total with designer frames (Coach and Armani) came to $456. That's around what I used to pay for one pair. I think that's pretty fair for getting glasses every 3 years without insurance.
