I was truly happy with the way it all looked. What impressed me the most was that they took the time to "teach" my husband and I about the advantages and disadvantages of doing what we originally wanted. They also addressed the safety implications, as well as the home owners insurance and building code regulations. Once we agreed on what we wanted, they completed the job and took the time to make sure it all was up to our liking. Eventually, he shipped the computer back to me without my permission, and it arrived with the stand broken and the fan still unfixed. He said he would come fix it once the new fan came in, but after waiting over a month with no resolution, I finally gave up and ordered the fan and a new stand myself and had someone else complete the repairs.
