I am SO glad JSB was scheduled first because immediately, I knew this guy was an expert. He listened to what I wanted, didn't try to upsell me, and made some great recommendations based on his years of experience. He was even able to connect my electronic door locks to my new security system!! Grady came out for a faulty safety sensor and the weatherstripping along the bottom of my garage…read moredoor, which had started to peel away. He replaced the sensor and anchored both sides down with sturdy metal brackets, rather than the flimsy plastic ones that had always shifted and knocked things out of alignment. On top of that, he mounted an exterior keypad opener that had come with the garage but was somehow never installed. He was fast, showed up on time, stayed courteous the whole visit, and was clearly well trained at what he does. Everything works exactly as it should now.
