I would definitely hire Rashed again. He was very quick to respond and to schedule a day/time to come to me to program an additional fob and cut the key for my new suv. Dealer quoted $500 and told me I could "ONLY get a fob from them" ...yeah no! I purchased an OEM fob online then hired Rashed to program the new fob. I manage my daughter's VRBO. The guests had locked themselves out of the house, (long story). Our only option after other attempts was to call a locksmith. They replied almost immediately and said they could be there in 20 minutes to unlock our front door. Great! The guy then showed up over an hour late after giving multiple excuses saying he was 9 minutes away, then 7 more minutes away, then 10 more minutes away, then he missed a turn, then stopped answering. After finally arriving, he took one look at the lock and said he couldn't open the door, then charged $55 - for nothing - and yelled at us to "pay now". He was there less than 60 seconds and berated us for no reason whatsoever. Save yourself from this truly epic failure of a human being and call someone else. Even decent customer service is simple to offer, and this guy couldn't even take the time to do that. read more

Tuesday morning: car key somehow fell off my keychain and was locked out of my car. After trying several locksmiths, Rush answered immediately and was at my place within 40 minutes. He got me into my car, but was not able to make me a key immediately, so he didn't charge me for the unlock (which was really nice of him!). He had to ordered a blank key since he naturally didn't carry a blank for my 16 year old car. The next day, he sent me a text to let me know the shipment was late, and even gave me the tracking number so I could see for myself. Finally, on Friday morning, the blank key came in and came back to my place cut it. Works perfectly! He is easy to get a hold of, responds quickly, does great work, and arrives when he says he will.
