The technician was 1 1/4 hours late,…read morethen instead of rekeying 4 locks he changed two of the locks with new locks that did not match the existing locks and then after he left I noticed he only put 1 screw in on each lock (each lock requires 2 screws). I called 2 mins after he left he said he would be back in 40 Minutes and never showed up. I called repeatedly for days and got the run around. They first stated locks do not need 2 screws to keep them I'm place then they kept saying they would be back in 40 minutes and that was a week ago. They have poor customer service and knowledge of how to put locks on properly. I had to finally finish the job myself. Never in my life have I seen such a disaster of a company. Stay far away from this company.

They arrived promptly for my weekend appointment (bonus for a weekend appt) and got right to work. Through some sort of locksmith sorcery, they managed to pop my lock open without having to blow it out (and costing me serious $$$). He was able to rekey my lock with a key I already had, eliminating my need to get a totally new key created and overloading my keychain! I seriously was so impressed with their service.
