Awesome five star service today from A-Access. Our previous lock decided that it didn't want to play "unlock" anymore. Steve came today and changed my two locks. On the phone he told me that he would arrive between 9 am or 11 am. He came exactly at 9 am. He is the best locksmith. I strongly recommend him. My locks were extremely old and it was very difficult to lock. He was able to change them. Even my mailbox key he was able to make a copy of it. None of locksmith could make a copy of mailbox key. Gave Ted a call to schedule a service call because we were trying to install a touchpad lock and the old deadbolt wasn't separating after removing the screws and loosening the lock. I wasn't aware of hidden screws behind the cover of the front plate. He could have very easily came to my house for a 60 second project and charged me $100, but he instead offered to save me the money and talk me through how to fix it over the phone. That's GOOD business! I wish all businesses were as honest and genuine as this one. If I have any locksmith issues in the future, this is my guy. He deserves your business and is worth the call. I called A Access Lock and Key because my daughter lost a set of house keys and I was paranoid so I needed a locksmith to change the locks. Come to find out when I called the locksmith he said I can keep my existing locks and just have the locks rekeyed. So that is what I did. He came out in about 2 hours when I called.
