Steve came today and changed my two locks. On the phone he told me that he would arrive between 9 am or 11 am. He came exactly at 9 am. He is the best locksmith. I strongly recommend him. My locks were extremely old and it was very difficult to lock. He was able to change them. Even my mailbox key he was able to make a copy of it. None of locksmith could make a copy of mailbox key. Gave Ted a call to schedule a service call because we were trying to install a touchpad lock and the old deadbolt wasn't separating after removing the screws and loosening the lock. I wasn't aware of hidden screws behind the cover of the front plate. He could have very easily came to my house for a 60 second project and charged me $100, but he instead offered to save me the money and talk me through how to fix it over the phone.
