When I called to schedule lock changes at our business Teddy at first was going to schedule us for the next day. When I explained that it was urgent due to a staff change he rearranged some things and showed up less than 30 minutes later. He was fast, friendly, professional, and his pricing was reasonable. Awesome five star service today from A-Access. Our previous lock decided that it didn't want to play "unlock" anymore. Instead, it's going to just be "lock" and that's a problem when you'd like to leave the house secured and go out. A-Access to the rescue. We checked them out on Angie's List where they had an excellent rating and I was a little concerned because they only had one review here on Yelp. That concern was completely unfounded! Our locksmith arrived right on time, he was professional and he was friendly and he did an awesome job replacing the locks on our front door lickety-split. Definitely five stars worthy. read more

This is the second time we used Teddy. He did a huge job for us at our last house with seven Mul-t-locks and a few new handles. Had to rework a few of the Doors to make it work and did a great job. This time we moved to a new house in Cresswind Charlotte and just after closing, had Teddy change our three locks to Mul-t-locks. Once again a great job and would recommend Teddy highly. read more

Gave Ted a call to schedule a service call because we were trying to install a touchpad lock and the old deadbolt wasn't separating after removing the screws and loosening the lock. I wasn't aware of hidden screws behind the cover of the front plate. He could have very easily came to my house for a 60 second project and charged me $100, but he instead offered to save me the money and talk me through how to fix it over the phone. That's GOOD business! I wish all businesses were as honest and genuine as this one. If I have any locksmith issues in the future, this is my guy. He deserves your business and is worth the call. Thanks for your help, Ted! read more

I have used A-Access lock & key twice now and each time they have been so quick and efficient! Always very polite and professional.

We found this Charlotte locksmith several years ago. He is trustworthy, honest and very good at his trade. He is the only locksmith we use.

I don't just like using anyone for a job that I found online so sometimes I rely on my friends for advice. I called A Access Lock and Key because my daughter lost a set of house keys and I was paranoid so I needed a locksmith to change the locks. Come to find out when I called the locksmith he said I can keep my existing locks and just have the locks rekeyed. So that is what I did. He came out in about 2 hours when I called. Just in time home from work. He was very clean and professional. Told me exactly what he was going to do . I would call again but I hope the keys won't get lost this time. read more

I highly recommend A-Access Lock & Key to everyone. One time my wife was at work and I was in charge of the kids. I and out for a second and my son locked the door behind me. I had my iPhone and googled for a locksmith. I tried A-Access and they calmed me down and came rather quickly. After a very short wait they arrived. The main guy, named Teddy was clean cut and reassuring. He was professional and got me back in the house in a jiffy. He was also very reasonable with the price, i didn't feel like he was gouging me due to the situation. I've had the pleasure since then to use him a couple of other times for my home and small business. Thank you again A-Access. I recommend them to everyone! read more
