Walked in 15 mins before they were closing after driving 2.5hrs from cape may on my way north. Their yelp reviews are 100% accurate. Prices were great, they fixed my shattered iPhone 5S screen in 25 minutes and I couldn't be happier! Very nice guys and great price at $85 for a brand new screen. Will be coming back if I break anything else, but hope I don't! read more

Jeff and team could not have been more courteous and professional in addressing the questions I had regarding the repairs for my wife and my iPhone screens. The service time was quick (in about an hour) and the work was well done. Great customer experience and would use again for any future issues. read more

These guys are the best! I have 2 college age daughters, I phones are like a disposable item to them, always lost or broken. A few times we were able to get replacements via Apple/verizon. Then my 19 yr old cracked the front and back of her I4. It would have been $300 for a recertified 4 or about $200 to fix it at Apple. I Tech fixed it for around $80. I had 2 other 4's in various stages of brokenness and took them here as well. We now have a couple of back ups! Don't go anywhere else! Excellent service at a reasonable price. You guys rock! read more

I have brought three phones in for screen repair. Two iPhones and one Blackberry. We had to order the screen for the Blackberry as it wasn't in stock. When the screen came in they called me and in a few hours I had it back. The iPhones were done within an hour. They do excellent work and I would suggest them to anyone that has a screen repair that is needed. One issue which is not with them, but with the town of Ridgewood, it is very hard to find parking there but it is well worth it read more

there is no else I trust with my phone. the people that work here are honestly tech wizards. I have been going to iTech Cellular since it opened, probably around 5 years now? I am a college student and can be careless with my phone. ill crack it probably twice a year. I walk into iTech Cellular to drop it off and have it back within an hour for half the price of the apple store. they make it too easy. one time I brought in an iPhone literally in probably 5 mangled pieces and was given it back 3 hours later looking and working like new for $89. I had gone to the apple store beforehand and was told there was nothing they could do and that I would have to buy a brand new phone for who knows how much. after experiencing iTech Cellular I will absolutely never step foot in an apple store for any kind of repairs ever again. read more

Excellent, clean repair job! my galaxy s4 screen assembly needed to be replaced. the parts alone on amazon costs about 200~220. these guys fixed it for 250 (after sales tax). I gave Craig a bit of a hard time - because I wanted my old parts back - but he didn't flinch and remained professional. Highly recommended. FYI, have a cheeseburger and cream soda at the burger/shake place down the street while you wait. One of the best burgers I had in a while.. read more

Great quality repair and quick service. I thought my iPad was beyond repair having a completely demolished screen and outer rim...nope! These guys looked at it and said no problem, it'll be ready in an hour and fifteen minutes! Very happy with it! My mother-in-law got her Samsung Galaxy S3 repaired someplace else and the touch screen stopped working completely!! Hopefully I won't have to use their services again, but if I do, this is the place to go! read more

I accidentally dropped my iPad 3 and did a number on the screen. Since it was in working condition, I decided to see if I could get it repaired rather than buy a new iPad. I found iTech Cellular and read the many good reviews, and checked out their website for pricing, which seemed reasonable. I went in the store on a Saturday morning and my iPad was like-new Saturday afternoon. Service was friendly and, most importantly, honest. The price on the website is the price that was quoted in the store with no catch. The work was well done and the service beyond expectations for never having done something like this before. The iPad screen is a little less sensitive to the touch than the original, but to spend $100 vs. $600 for a new iPad, it was worth every penny. Highly recommend iTech Celluar for screen replacement and repairs. read more

This place is great. I have 3 young sons and 3 iPads.... nuff said. The prices are on the site and what it says is what they charge - no hidden costs. I've brought my business to them 3 times now for screen repair and every time I've received my tablet back as good as new. No drama, no problems. My parents recently had the misfortune of dealing with a bad tech repair business in their town and it made me really appreciate this place so I figured I should give them the review they deserve. The only reason they're not a 5 is because I haven't had the luck some others have had of getting same day service. I live about 35 minutes away and I always have had to go back the next business day (I drop off on Saturday and have to pick up on Monday after work). I wish I'd been one of the lucky ones that has had it done same day. :( But regardless, it's worth it in the end and if I could give them a 4.5 instead I would. I would recommend them and I will continue to bring my business to them (which will probably be often and for a few more years to come since my 3 little boys are a bit rough... :) read more

I've cracked my phone screen a few times and every single time they have fixed it without a problem. The prices are actually cheaper than most and they get the job done quickly and efficiently. Also, they do have great deals for the phone cases; definitely worth it. read more

Reasonably priced, great customer service and care. Never will I go to a kiosk again. The only problem is parking.

These technicians are top notch cracked my brand new iPhone and they were able to fix it within a couple hours of dropping it off, very professional and courteous would recommend trying them out read more

took iphone here. they "diagnosed it". said they couldn't fix it and it had to be done by 1 if only 2 people on east coast and they couldn't introduce me. took phone to a different repair store a few miles away and it was repaired for $59 in 20min read more

This place is amazing! They fixed my iPhone 5C for very cheap and it took less than hour. When my boyfriend cracked his iPhone 6 really badly he brought it to the Apple store and they couldn't fix it but this place could! Such nice employees that are really looking to help you out. Definitely recommend to anyone over the Apple store repairs or any other spot for their prices and customer service! read more

What an efficient, professional, satisfying experience! Brought my iPad screen in for repair - screen shattered after a strange fall from the dining room table. In a matter of minutes, the information was obtained and the unit readied for repair. The fixed iPad was delivered to my office several hours later - and all for a price that was about half of the standard quotes for such a repair! Wow.... so very impressive. read more

I swear these people are magicians! I brought in my son's iPhone for a common problem that Apple refuses to admit to. People at the Apple store said it was shot. The itech guy told me there was no guarantee they would be able to fix it but they did. Then I thought "what the heck" & brought in my Apple laptop that I spilled tea on & was not working. When I brought it to the Apple store they told me it was not possible to fix. Again, the itech guy told me there was no guarantee they could fix it but they did. I would give them more stars if I could!! read more

I have used iTech in the past and they have been great! A few months back, my brother broke his laptop screen and I took it there to be fixed.when I called for a status, they couldn't find the laptop?? Finally a week later they found it and called with the estimate. I forgot with the holidays to call back to authorize the work. This past week I received a call from the most obnoxious man- I think the owner, telling me if I didn't come get it by Friday they were recycling it. His tone was u professional, he was ride and condescending and didn't care whether or not he lot me as a customer. I got held up at work and have been unable to get I touch with them as you can't leave a message on their machine. I am sure since it's Saturday they probably threw my brothers MacBook Air away. Jun in dumont is great, whoever the guy that called me was was so mean and unprofessional I would never go there again- I can't imagine one laptop is really taking up all of his space! The crazier part is you can't leave a message of you are trying to contact them and they lost my laptop for over a week!!! How can they possibly just " recycle" someone's laptop... What a bunch of jerks- stay away- there are other services in the area. They stink!! read more

This is my second time here . My son broke his iPad screen (for the second time) and I was very pleased with the professional & courtesy service I received both times. I received a quote over the phone $100 for replaced crack screen and it was done within an hour. read more

I'm an honest millennial and about 45 minutes before work today I dropped my phone, it shattered and it was a disaster. I went straight to iTech and the man on duty was so helpful and sympathetic to me. I dropped the phone off at 2pm and around 3:30pm went back for it and it was all done! The man on duty even helped me pick out a protective case and placed a screen protector on the phone. The phone looks like new and is working perfectly! I've very grateful! read more

Best experience ever! My wife broke her screen on her IPhone 5s. After getting glass slivers in her finger she consented to a repair. I made an appointment for 6:00p and before 7:00p it was done. Great service and kudos to Craig and the guys! Wife is very very happy. read more

Really good service and were able to fix my iphone and ipads within two days. Still a little pricey to fix them (around 30% of the cost of an ipad) but still better than buying a new one! The phone and ipad came back looking new and he threw on the screen protector as well. read more

These guys are very helpful; fast and efficient I have brought in cracked phones and Ipads. They are not necessarily cheap but they stand behind their service even if you have any follow up issues. What other choice do you have? Apple will not fix your screen and you will wind up paying more money anyway. Until Apple and other manufacturers change their policy regarding repairs, you are better off with Itech Cellular read more

These guys are pros. I thought no one could repair my son's iPhone but they did. Reasonable priced and fast turn around.

My kids are very hard on their phones. I have gone to Itech Cellular many times. Terrific service. Always get the work done really fast. Can be trusted. If they determine your phone cannot be fixed they don't charge you. Much cheaper and easier than going to the Apple Store. Love them! read more

took my phone back to the shop because of the problems i was facing with the responsiveness of the screen. they were very helpful and willing to mediate the problems i was facing for free. they offer a 30 day warranty on the work they do. overall pleased with the service; now my phone works alot better but still not as good as it once was. highly recommended! read more

I cracked the screen on my Galaxy S3. For three days I searched for someone to fix it. Two other places were charging off the wall pricing $150-$200 plus dollars. I contacted these guys and they only charged $89. Afterreading the review I decided traveling 22 miles tk them was well worth the trip. The had my phone fixed in about 45 mins and my phone is perfect once again. I would have to go these guys over and over. Hpefully wont have to. They were professional honest friendly and quick. read more

Don't bother looking anywhere else for screen replacements and problems with your smart phones and tablets, these guys have it all . Service is fast and friendly. They replaced a screen on my iPhone which had been run over by an SUV, and now it works perfectly read more

This place is absolutely amazing. My brand new iPhone 6 was completely shattered due to an unfortunate turn of events. After googling a few places I decided on iTech Cellular. I work in Ridgewood so it was very easy to take it in and it was done in less than 45 minutes. It looks brand new!! And the guy at the front desk was so beyond nice and helpful. I even picked up a case for my phone for a great price. Hopefully I never break another iPhone but if I do I will most definitely bring it here. read more

Great experience. Had an iPhone and an iPad screen fixed. Friendly and efficient.

Took my phone to itech twice. Both times had a great experience. First time, my iphone glass was cracked, they replaced it in under an hour. Cost was $75, but well worth it, considering a new phone would have cost me double or triple that. Also, you people with insurance good luck. Your deductible is usually $50 to $100, you have to usually mail the phone back to apple just to find out whatever is wrong isn't covered. So itech is well worth the cost and convenience. Second time I took my phone to itech my headphones and speaker wouldn't work on the phone. Drove all the way to Apple store in Woodcliff Lake, waited for a half hour, even though I had an appointment and then was told I had to get a new phone and it was unfixable. Drove right over to itech, they diagnosed the problem right away, which happened to be the camera of all things, and had it fixed in an hour. The cost for camera lens, speaker and earphone fixing was under $100 and I had my iphone back the same day. These guys are magic! read more

I think the phrase "you get what you pay for" applies here. I will tell my story. You can draw your own conclusion. I brought them an iPhone with a cracked glass front. When I got the phone home, I put a new case on it and when I pressed on the top of the phone to snap it into the case, the glass shattered under my thumbs. I returned to their store. They were not nice or friendly to me (as previous customers claimed). They accused me of lying. They said I must have dropped it, weakening it so that it seemed like pressing on it broke it. We argued because I was insulted they didn't believe me. But, then they grabbed another customer's phone and pressed on the top of the glass and cracked it badly, right in front of me. Surprise! I told you I wasn't lying! They then told me they don't use original glass. I think they should make that clear before you pay for their repair. I was stunned how easily it broke. Since they wouldn't fix my one day old repaired screen for me for free, I will go somewhere else with the money they refunded to me and I will never refer anyone to this place again. They are not a good model for customer service or a consumer oriented business. Maybe it's because none of these people know what that means anymore. read more
