I have brought three phones in for screen repair. Two iPhones and one Blackberry. We had to order the screen for the Blackberry as it wasn't in stock. When the screen came in they called me and in a few hours I had it back. The iPhones were done within an hour. Excellent, clean repair job! my galaxy s4 screen assembly needed to be replaced. the parts alone on amazon costs about 200~220. these guys fixed it for 250 (after sales tax). I gave Craig a bit of a hard time - because I wanted my old parts back - but he didn't flinch and remained professional. Highly recommended. Great quality repair and quick service. I thought my iPad was beyond repair having a completely demolished screen and outer rim...nope! These guys looked at it and said no problem, it'll be ready in an hour and fifteen minutes! Very happy with it! These guys are the best! I have 2 college age daughters, I phones are like a disposable item to them, always lost or broken. A few times we were able to get replacements via Apple/verizon. Then my 19 yr old cracked the front and back of her I4. It would have been $300 for a recertified 4 or about $200 to fix it at Apple. I Tech fixed it for around $80. I had 2 other 4's in various stages of brokenness and took them here as well. We now have a couple of back ups! Don't go anywhere else! Excellent service at a reasonable price. I accidentally dropped my iPad 3 and did a number on the screen. Since it was in working condition, I decided to see if I could get it repaired rather than buy a new iPad. I found iTech Cellular and read the many good reviews, and checked out their website for pricing, which seemed reasonable. I went in the store on a Saturday morning and my iPad was like-new Saturday afternoon. Service was friendly and, most importantly, honest. The price on the website is the price that was quoted in the store with no catch. The work was well done and the service beyond expectations for never having done something like this before. The iPad screen is a little less sensitive to the touch than the original, but to spend $100 vs. $600 for a new iPad, it was worth every penny. This place is great. I have 3 young sons and 3 iPads.... nuff said. The prices are on the site and what it says is what they charge - no hidden costs. I've brought my business to them 3 times now for screen repair and every time I've received my tablet back as good as new. No drama, no problems. My parents recently had the misfortune of dealing with a bad tech repair business in their town and it made me really appreciate this place so I figured I should give them the review they deserve. The only reason they're not a 5 is because I haven't had the luck some others have had of getting same day service. I live about 35 minutes away and I always have had to go back the next business day (I drop off on Saturday and have to pick up on Monday after work). I wish I'd been one of the lucky ones that has had it done same day. :( But regardless, it's worth it in the end and if I could give them a 4.5 instead I would. I swear these people are magicians! I brought in my son's iPhone for a common problem that Apple refuses to admit to. People at the Apple store said it was shot. The itech guy told me there was no guarantee they would be able to fix it but they did. Then I thought "what the heck" & brought in my Apple laptop that I spilled tea on & was not working. I'm an honest millennial and about 45 minutes before work today I dropped my phone, it shattered and it was a disaster. I went straight to iTech and the man on duty was so helpful and sympathetic to me. I dropped the phone off at 2pm and around 3:30pm went back for it and it was all done! I have used iTech in the past and they have been great! A few months back, my brother broke his laptop screen and I took it there to be fixed.when I called for a status, they couldn't find the laptop?? Finally a week later they found it and called with the estimate. I forgot with the holidays to call back to authorize the work. This past week I received a call from the most obnoxious man- I think the owner, telling me if I didn't come get it by Friday they were recycling it. His tone was u professional, he was ride and condescending and didn't care whether or not he lot me as a customer. I got held up at work and have been unable to get I touch with them as you can't leave a message on their machine. I am sure since it's Saturday they probably threw my brothers MacBook Air away. Jun in dumont is great, whoever the guy that called me was was so mean and unprofessional I would never go there again- I can't imagine one laptop is really taking up all of his space! The crazier part is you can't leave a message of you are trying to contact them and they lost my laptop for over a week!!! How can they possibly just " recycle" someone's laptop... These guys are very helpful; fast and efficient I have brought in cracked phones and Ipads. They are not necessarily cheap but they stand behind their service even if you have any follow up issues. What other choice do you have? Apple will not fix your screen and you will wind up paying more money anyway. I cracked the screen on my Galaxy S3. For three days I searched for someone to fix it. Two other places were charging off the wall pricing $150-$200 plus dollars. I contacted these guys and they only charged $89. Afterreading the review I decided traveling 22 miles tk them was well worth the trip. Took my phone to itech twice. Both times had a great experience. First time, my iphone glass was cracked, they replaced it in under an hour. Cost was $75, but well worth it, considering a new phone would have cost me double or triple that. Also, you people with insurance good luck. Your deductible is usually $50 to $100, you have to usually mail the phone back to apple just to find out whatever is wrong isn't covered. So itech is well worth the cost and convenience. Second time I took my phone to itech my headphones and speaker wouldn't work on the phone. Drove all the way to Apple store in Woodcliff Lake, waited for a half hour, even though I had an appointment and then was told I had to get a new phone and it was unfixable. Drove right over to itech, they diagnosed the problem right away, which happened to be the camera of all things, and had it fixed in an hour. The cost for camera lens, speaker and earphone fixing was under $100 and I had my iphone back the same day. These guys are magic! read more

I think the phrase "you get what you pay for" applies here. I will tell my story. You can draw your own conclusion. I brought them an iPhone with a cracked glass front. When I got the phone home, I put a new case on it and when I pressed on the top of the phone to snap it into the case, the glass shattered under my thumbs. I returned to their store. They were not nice or friendly to me (as previous customers claimed). They accused me of lying. They said I must have dropped it, weakening it so that it seemed like pressing on it broke it. We argued because I was insulted they didn't believe me. But, then they grabbed another customer's phone and pressed on the top of the glass and cracked it badly, right in front of me. Surprise! I told you I wasn't lying! They then told me they don't use original glass. I think they should make that clear before you pay for their repair. I was stunned how easily it broke. Since they wouldn't fix my one day old repaired screen for me for free, I will go somewhere else with the money they refunded to me and I will never refer anyone to this place again. They are not a good model for customer service or a consumer oriented business. Maybe it's because none of these people know what that means anymore. read more
