Anyone who has been to Steve knows he was a 30 something yr old white guy who used to work for Apple. The men who will tell u they are "Steve" now are clearly Arabic/Middle Eastern. Sometimes they'll say by they are Steve, then they'll tell you he's not not here right now and even will say he sold the business a couple years ago. I was very hesitant bc these guys were asking for over $120 to fix an iphone 12 screen and were clearly luring customers off of a reputation that isnt theres with zero promise of the same quality work. I didnt like they were lying and claiming to be someone they weren't. It was all very scammy. I tried to budge on the price but the guy there whoever he was refused. I had a friend call and see if Steve was there still and the guy on phone told him the repair would be $110. Clearly they are liars and no one should take anything they tell you as the truth. Aftermarket repairs are all a toss up, but Steve was a gem. Idk who these guys are, dont trust them .
