I rarely write a negative review, but please listen to me. Stay far away from the Cellairis kiosk in the Deptford Mall. Sadly, I broke my cell phone screen and took it there to be repaired, and they damaged my phone. I paid $80 to have them destroy my phone. When I initially had my phone fixed, the man spoke perfect English. When I returned because my phone would no longer work, the man behind the counter couldn't speak to me because he did not know English. I hope someone stops these guys. Terrible what they are doing to the public. read more

Excellent service, repaired my cracked phone screen in 30 minutes!!!! Very Friendly staff, I highly recommend this location.

Do not bring your phone here. I brought my cracked iphone 6 here for a repair. Repair went quick but phone screen stopped working only 2 days later. Had to bite the bullet and take it to the apple store, where I was told that the man at cellairis that repaired my phone essentially destroyed the inner workings of my phone and i had to pay a ton of money to repair it. I wish i could get a refund for shoddy work but they make you sign a waiver before they touch your phone. read more

Cellairis of Deptford Mall fixed my water damaged Note 5, QUICKLY and for less than a warranty deductible. THANK YOU This is where you want to go. I didn't make an appointment, and there's plenty of parking at the Deptford Mall. The staff is friendly and inviting. They only replaced the needed parts. In fact, after seeing that a new screen worked -- they tried my old screen a second time (just to make sure) and saved me the added cost. They're honest and want the customer to be happy. This was simply a great experience. read more

I took my iPhone with water damage here for repair, guy said he could fix it. $127 later and phone still will not work. Store will not refund me after I contacted store and mall management. Aside from them not refunding for a repair which did not work, I had multiple account passwords hacked while they had my phone (Amazon, target, etc). I would not trust them for repair work. read more

They fixed my cracked screen on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3. It was done in about a half hour for the cost of $80. I was seeing up to $125 online at various places. The kiosk is located in the Deptford Mall on the first floor next to Starbucks. read more

DONT USE THIS PLACE THEY RIP YOU OFF AND USE CHEAP PARTS! Went to get screen fixed and battery replaced (this the fourth time replaced it at 40$ each battery last one being a month ago) this time he "fixes" the battery and the screen I leave walk away.... my speaker doesn't work. Bring it back he says he didn't do it but he can fix it for $20 more on top of the $110 he already charged me. I leave... guess what the power button doesn't work. Great. Fine whatever atleast I can use it. Today the home button stopped working. I open the phone (I can fix these I JUST DIDNT WANT TO WHICH IS WHY I PAID THEM TO DO IT). I'm guessing it's disconnected. Upon opening the screen I notice there are an awful lot of screws missing at battery connection,(metal piece on top boy ever attached) home button and other random missing screws. On top of that the battery they used was 1715 Mah when it should be 1810. 6.55 Whn when it should be 6.91. Disgusted by these people charging outrageous for the terrible job and cheap parts. Absolutely crazy, I have every transaction I did with them on my credit card and it is appalling any company would do this to anyone. read more

Fixed the screen on my iPhone 6 within a 1/2 hour very professional, and reasonably priced!

This place is a scam! They never called me back. After I left messages.

Took my Iphone 5 to get the screen repaired. Cost to change was $140, $40 more than Icolor at the Christiana Mall. Needed it done quick so paid the extra money. After phone was fixed it looked good initially, but eventually saw a white line on the screen and the microphone for Siri and talk to text was not working. Plan to bring the phone back tonight, will update and how they respond. read more

Had my phone fixed here, screen was dim after 24 hours, returned to have it fixed, seemed ok, became dim again after 1 week. Contacted their corporate office 3 times now with no response of wanting to work with me. Would not trust this company to stand behind their product. read more

I never ever complain about places or write reviews, but I went to this store 8 days ago with a water damaged phone where the screen doesn't work. The phone works fine, I just need a new screen. So they repair my screen and told me if there are any problems they will fix it. Less then an hour after getting it fixed all these lines showed up on my screen. (No I did not drop it or get water on it) right away I contacted this company. I got no response. So the next day I go back and the guy tells me there is nothing they can do. So I went back tonight to see the guy who put my screen on. So he tells me they can't fix it or refund me. I ended up having to call the police to file a report. They did not honor their policy and they beat me for a little over $200. Mind you that's not a lot of money, but it is for a single mother like me. I suggest no one go to any of their locations and go somewhere legit that isn't a sneaky company. I SINCERELY HOPE WHOEVER READS THIS, TAKES WHAT I SAID INTO ACCOUNT. I don't want others to get their money taken from them like I did. read more

took my samsung S4 with fractured screen to celairis yesterday. Andre and DJ (?..sorry if i got name wrong) were pleasant, professional and did not mind me watching as i was amazed at the way they disassembled my phone. Back together and new case gave me a "new" phone which was much cheaper than dealing with verizon, despite having "insurance" to cover damaged phone...turns out they would provide a refurbished phone for $150....I cancelled the insurance plan as you can buy a phone on ebay for much less. I am tired of being ripped by comcast and verizon for their services....Cheers for celairis.... read more

I shattered my iPhone 6s screen and I went to the fix n trade a few stores down, where they offered to fix it for $160. I want to cellairis, which is a little kiosk right next door. They offered to fix it for $100 there. If you need to get your iPhone 6 or 6s fixed, COME HERE. It's probably one of the cheapest places you'll find, especially for a 6. They were extremely quick (it was done and over with in 30 mins), you just walk in they fix it then and there, and you're out. They did a great job as well. I love this place! read more
