A party of 7 came in about 1/2 hour after us and they had their drinks within 5 minutes- that should never be. After one drink we got the check and we left, we are completely scratching it off our list, we will not return there. It does bum me out because it has such potential and there's nothing like it around but I'm not going to visit an establishment where I walk away feeling it was a waste of money.

This last time I went in by myself and ordered the buffalo chicken salad ($12.99) and a side of the 3 cheese Mac & cheese (4.99.) The salad was huge, buffalo sauce is great. The Mac & cheese came out completely cold. The very bottom was luke warm, but it had clearly been sitting for a VERY long time, and some of it tasted like it was undercooked. We've given this place 3 chances now and still haven't left completely satisfied. New location, new staff, have to work out the kinks but at this point I don't see it improving much, which is a shame because they have a great looking menu. He got nasty with me and told me that's what your ticket said that's what you bought and I told him to just give me a minute so I could just look it up on my phone to verify and it wasn't like he had anything else to do or he was seating anyone else I didn't ask him to wait with me.
