Margarita Pizza. Slightly heavy on the sauce, but nice fresh flavors.
John L.

Ordered a Margarita Pizza (how its spelled on the menu) .... The guy at the counter used Basil right off their plant which was a nice touch ... Little heavy on the sauce, but it was fresh and tasty. Not the greatest pizza you'll ever have, but very solid and good fresh ingredients. Will have to go back again to try some Italian food since the menu says their own mother makes their gravy, cutlets and meatballs from her own kitchen. *** Update 10/18/18 ordered a big lunch for the office and went with spaghetti, meatballs (huge size wise), chicken parm, sausage with peppers and onions, meatball parm sandwich and a two of their cutlet sandwiches and all were solid. The meatballs alone had good flavor, the sauce itself is thick, not too sweet, the meatball parm sandwich was a homerun, sausages were sliced thin and long and had a nice sweet flavor, the cutlet sandwiches one had broccoli rabe and was average, the other had roasted red peppers and sharp provolone and was good as well. I can tell you everyone in the office had a full belly and gave compliments that everything was good.

Buffalo Fries. YAAAAAAASSSSS!
Lauren M.

Love. This. Pizza. Place!!!! We started coming here ten years ago when my man lived closer to it. Once we moved in together father away, we were unable to give it up so we drive basically an hour to enjoy their pizza and Buffalo fries! (Half hour there, half hour home) I am confident in saying they have the best Buffalo fries in the whole freakin world! We are Buffalo fry connoisseurs and these are by far the best we've ever had! You can get a large or a small. They don't have chicken on them which is my favorite part. They have hot sauce, blue cheese and mozzarella cheese...then they go in the oven and come out melty and delicious. I enjoy every hot, spicy, cheesy, melty delicious bite!!! MMMMMM. I have to be honest, it's hard for me to even share them! Lol. "Lauren doesn't share fries!!!!" (Friends reference) The owners are brothers. They are good guys. Hardworking guys. We are happy to support their business. Every time we go, at least one of them is there, usually both of them. It's a tiny spot. You could easily miss it. It's a bit of a pain if you are coming from the opposite side of Chester Pike. I recommend turning left at Car and Van World and then making a right, a right, and a final right back into Chester Pike so you don't have to worry about turning around on that road. They are only pick up or delivery. They have, I believe, two tiny little tables in there but I think really they are for people siting down to wait for their pick up orders. They have a couple of fridges with beverages available. Our experience with their delivery back in that day was that it was kinda slow (compared to Cocco's which we would order from at my house). So we always opted to pick it up. I'm not sure if that has gotten quicker. Their pick up time is a little slow, too. Usually 30-40 minutes from the time you call. It's so worth it, though!!! Their pizza wasn't too good when we first started ordering. We used to say we wanted to get our pizza from Cocco's and our Buffalo fries from here. That changed. They got so much better over time! Their pizza is so much better now and Cocco's went downhill! So now we are excited to be able to enjoy our delicious Buffalo fries AND delicious pizza from Italiana's. We were ordering their Sicilian pie a lot but my man felt like it was too doughy so we tried a regular pie. It was thin and delicious. The perfect amount of crust and the crust was yummy! Support these guys! Try them out! You won't be disappointed. They are soooooo good!

Fresh mozzarella & ricotta cheese with italian herbs, some of the best clean tasting and flavorful spinach I ever had! Perfect! Ayye

I'm surprised that I don't read about this place more often! We've ordered delivery several times…read moreand the pizza is very good. I love that they have the option of regular or thin crust because I love thin crust! They have a variety of speciality pizzas and the latest one we tried was chicken parm. The flavor is excellent! Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a local pizza place.

I chose the latter. I am obviously in the minority here having eaten in... most reviewers had takeout and on all three visits I was the only person seated or who entered. It's a bit cold and drafty inside, but the tables were clean and they have a big screen TV to keep you company. The girls up front I encountered on my visits were cheerful, gave good suggestions from their menu and were helping in the kitchen. The menu has so many choices, but I stuck to the standards that the staff recommended. The cheesesteak was just above average and thankfully not a drippy greasy mess! It was on a fresh toasted roll, American cheese and chopped up meat. The cheese was melted into the roll nicely, but I would have preferred more cheese added to mix in with the meat. The meat was fresh, not a grease bomb, well portioned, packed in tight with good flavors. I added some hot cherry peppers for kick and was pleased. Crinkle cut fries were fine The wings come in 10's and they offer about a dozen flavors. The staff told me sweet Asian chili and mango habanero bbq are favs, but I went with Nashville Hot and would recommend it. The skins were crispy, mix of drumettes and flats were a good portion size, sauced appropriately, the meat was juicy as heck and fall off the bone. I'd repeat wings from here for sure and the sauce was delicious. Pizza wise, I was lucky enough to walk in when a slice pie came out. Big portion sizes, sweet sauce, lots of stringy cheese, sweet and sour dough that wasn't snappy, but not soft. I enjoyed the sauce, could have used less cheese and the crust was pretty good and left a nice lingering flavor on the palate. Would I repeat the pizza? Yes, but not the plain. I would try their gourmet offerings. The menu has all pizzas at either a Small 12" or Large 16". Two slices and a bottle of water were $7.50. Their menu has a lot more than a typical pizza shop including: breakfast, kid's menu, rice platters, catering menu, dessert & ice cream also funnel cake fries. The prices are about average. Good experiences here. I'd return to try other menu items. Thanks guys!

America's Pie Tinicum - The Tony Bourdain Sandwich

America's Pie is not just a pizza place, despite its name including "pie" and having some artwork…read morethat would imply that it is. Let me repeat...America's Pie is NOT just a pizza place, and while their pizza is absolutely wonderful, it is in the raw selection and quality of that broad selection that makes this place freaking outstanding. I have had the opportunity to order food from here several times over the last several years and they have one of the most unique "pizza shop" restaurant menus out there and even have a massive selection of tacos that you can pick from. I have had several opportunities to write my review of this spot, but it wasn't until I discovered something very special here that finally drove me to write my full opinion. My most recent visit to America's Pie was one born of laziness. Everyone at home wanted something different and we didn't want to cook, so we were simply looking at places that would be easy that we don't order from that often and landed here. The menu is so large that I was being indecisive and that was when I saw it...all the way at the bottom of the sandwiches section, what I have now identified as one of the top three sandwiches I have ever had in my life, and I've had a lot of sandwiches: the Tony Bourdain. A strange combination of ingredients, all delicious and savory in their own right, brought together to create a bread-borne experience unlike few, if any, that I have ever had before. This seriously is one of, if not, THE BEST sandwiches that I have ever had. It is not what it looks like, or the way it is constructed that makes it so good. What makes it so amazing is the absolutely mastery and command of the knowledge of the ingredients, the quality of those ingredients, and their interaction together on the flavors they will produce when combined within the very high quality seeded roll that it all comes neatly packed within. It is not a pretty, easy to eat and clean sandwich. It gets everywhere, and it is worth it. You SHOULD get this sandwich, for the culinary perfection, but also to honor the late Anthony Bourdain. This is definitely a meal that properly honors the man and his legacy. America's Pie isn't perfect but it is one of the best pizza/sandwich/pasta places in my area of Delco. Hands down. The specialty sandwiches really take it to the next level and that Tony Bourdain shoots them into the stratosphere. You will never have a bad meal here. They are local people making great food, with a local but very friendly attitude, and want you to enjoy everything you order. Explore the menu and check them out. I made a pledge to work my way through the sandwich menu just because that sandwich was so damn good and I am excited about every single one that I check off that list. Can't wait to bump into you there!

I always customize my order with substitutions and they are always willing to accommodate, and the two times I've had an issue, they have remade my order within a short period of time. I recommend their pizza slices, sandwiches, and wraps. The staff are always wonderful. The owners do a lot for the local community, they do days where they donate proceeds and provide free pizza for the local businesses. My company has also done hoagie catering with America's Pie and it's a great deal for great food.

The pizza oven is a rotating deck style which I've seen at one other Delco pizza shop before. The inside had seating and we were entertained by one of the workers cute little boy. Must have been 1-1.5 years old. Now down to the grub. The pizza ordered was a 14", came out fairly quick and was pretty big. If you like a lot of cheese and a decent amount of grease then you'll like the pizza offering here. I lean more on the sauce and like less cheese. The sauce gets lost in their pie because of the cheese. It was a nice fresh pie and was more than enough for two people. I took two slices home. We also ordered 10 buffalo wings. The wings were fresh, on the bigger side and sauced well. The hot sauce had just the right kick. We were around $30 which isn't bad. I'd repeat for the wings, they do appear to sell pizza by the slice. I noticed Corrapolese Bread boxes stacked inside the kitchen so that may give you an idea where the rolls come from. Not a bad offering coming from these friendly hardworking people.

Oh my god!!! we decided to give this place a try yesterday- we are so glad that we did! I have to…read morepreface this review by stating that we're not big bread people and we don't like big crust on our pizza we're more of the thin crust type of crew. But WOW WOW WOW!! This Pizza lives up to its name!! it is incredible, so much so that it might end up being our new pizza joint 24/7. The crust is indescribable delicious. Has that thin layer of a cheesy taste to it? The crust is soft and warm with a crispy thin layer. Any toppings you put on this pizza are just going to be an amazing extra, so take your pic of whatever topping you wanna put on. The base of this pizza is what makes the fireworks! 5 stars- we ordered the Smallest sized pizza pizza for 2 of us as a trial and I couldn't finish my second piece. It was so filling! 4 huge slices is enough for 2 people. The best!

Now having been to both Crust locations, both Havertown and Morton, I have to say I like the Morton…read morelocation better, and this is simply because it is so much closer to my house; only about a five minute drive away. Honestly, the two spots are nearly identical, with the same features being present in both, and I am fairly sure the same owner for both, as I have seen the same gentleman behind the counter on both of my trips. The pizza is "Detroit" style, which seems to be subjective depending on the place you go, with pizza terms getting thrown around lately like they don't really mean anything. But in this case, very deliciously crispy deep crust with lots of cheese and delicious sauce and ingredients piled on top. The menu has a lot to offer, and while to some, the prices may seem high, you are getting your money's worth as between two people, one pizza here can easily last three meals. In Havertown I ordered the hot honey pepperoni burrata which is what initially wowed me on this place and when I saw that a new location was opening in Morton I had been very excited to go back. Having since had the opportunity to order from the Morton shop, I have also had the Santorini, which has red onions, spinach, tomatoes, feta, olive oil, and oregano. Yet another win, both pizzas I have had from Crust have been extremely good and I will be returning a third time and obviously more, to try the other signature pies that they offer. While may people will say no to pineapple on pizza, their Hawaiian and the South Philly will likely be my next choices! One thing I want to stress is the ordering. This is the only reason that I cannot give Crust a perfect rating. I have not used online ordering; that is one of my hang ups and that's fine. It's not an option that I like, so I don't use it. Luckily, they offer other options for ordering. However, this is where is gets weird. When you call in to order, you are answered by a very lifelike AI representative to take your order. Very uncanny actually, but just off enough that it it's very off putting and actually makes you feel uneasy in a way. It also takes several requests for it to transfer you to a real person. When calling to place an order, I have already avoided using the contact-less digital route so that I can speak to someone and I would like to talk to a human being. I have actually spoken to the owner when I originally went to Havertown about this and how much of a detractor it was for me, and potentially others, but it would appear that he has opted to not change how this service works. Obviously, I would not expect someone trying to run a restaurant to change a system they have invested in just because one person doesn't like it, but it has prevented me from calling there at least once. With that out of the way, I do think you should order pizza from here. Right away in fact. It is so good, if you think I'm wrong I invite you to contact me directly right here on Yelp and tell me how wrong I am. Because I can guarantee you I'm not. The Hot Honey Burrata is almost life-changing. Give it a try and you'll see what I mean.

He was nice to chat with. The inside was kept clean, with limited window seating, he offers slices and has Coke products. They use a double deck Baker's Pride oven. On my first trip I ordered a Sicilian plain $14.95 - he had just finished making the shell so it was fresh. Overall, the sauce needed more flavor but the cheese and dough were good. It was a good average Sicilian pie that was gobbled up by my coworkers. Great price too. Second time I ordered a plain large cheese pizza $13.95 well done and a large mushroom (plus $3) pizza $13.95 well done. The mushrooms were plentiful and delicious, sauce was sweet and seasoned, cheese was ok, but for some reason the dough was chewy and bland. Both pies, same chewy crust. Unfortunately a miss. Maybe just a bad day. The menu is huge, probably too big, but I'm not the boss! I'll probably return to try other menu items if I'm in the area. Thanks John and best of luck!
