Whenever I miss a good ole NY slice of pizza I come to Italia Express. It doesn't get more authentic than this place. These men have perfected their pizza. It's just enough sauce, cheese and bread, not to mention how crispy the crust gets because of how perfectly thin it's made. You know your pizza is good when you don't even offer parmesan cheese or peppers, because honestly you don't need it. They're located in the Allen Outlets center next to watch station. If you're in the area stop in.

    Veggie Stromboli

I got a veggie Stromboli and 2 marinara pizzas. Everything was good except the Stromboli needed a little more salt and the pizzas seemed like they've been sitting out for a while. However they did heat up both dishes in the oven before serving. Overall, for an outlet mall pizza location, this was pretty good!

This place is the must place if we go to Allen Outlet! Their pizza are awesome!! So good!! They also have so many different food! Must tried. Good place! The owner is also super friendly.

    Overpriced slice

Pretty decent pizzas but overpriced for a slice . Of course it's located inside an outlet so expect it to be pricier for a slice. Desperation time of hunger so we must eat to continue the shopping. Overpriced but it will do to satisfy the hunger. Slices are not big enough for its price. You must as well get a whole pizza makes no sense to me.

    Cheese pizza and garlic bread!

Perfect place to stop and refuel after an afternoon of shopping! As a pizza lover, this place made my soul happy. Quick service, clean tables and kind staff. Causal ambiance. You order at the counter and pay. They'll let you know when it's ready for pick up. There was plenty of seating, even on a Sunday! I loved that everyone was able to finish their single slices and we didn't have to carry left overs around. I can't wait to eat here again!

Cheese pizza by slice (good) and cheese bread (okay).

Great food for a mall. Service is great. Very clean. Cheese bread is a bit bland. Pizza is good! $10 for 1 cheese slice and 1 cheese bread w/tax.

So busy they stopped and smiled for me! They were literally still needing the dough when I took this!

I've been to this place when it was still in the food courts of the old layout @ Allen outlet mall! Now it's new and improved! Layout, interior equipment, space, and staff is amazing! They kept this place clean since they have opened! Their food is the same yet taste better than before! I had asked the manager/partner/owner questions. How's the rent now compared to before? It is higher because it is now considered a suite with more sqft. How is the clientele? In my opinion it is always packed and people still order Togo! How is the equipment? Brand new appliances and also bigger space. They can produce more food! Last but not least. Has your product changed? No they still keep it authentic. I had gotten a classic pepperoni slice and another with mushrooms and sausage. I had devoured both of them. My 2 year told daughter had half of the garlic twist bread. She even asked for more! My fiancé had the calzone! He never finished his food but today he did! He said he actually grew up eating here! Pizza is also not grease compared to some places I've been too! If I could eat this for a week breakfast, lunch, & dinner I would! I love love love this place and I hope you do to! They care and it shows in their food!

Pizza is pretty good the only problem I noticed was no gloves where worn by some of the workers preparing the food.

The house Manhatten was delicious with subtle adjustments to the traditional recipe. The Arancina Tradizionale is a fried ball of tasty saffron rice, stuffed with Bolognese and peas. Its a great appetizer with lots of subtle flavors. As an entree I had the Cacio E Pepe, the famous pasta prepared in a wheel of pecorino cheese and covered in fresh ground black pepper. The pasta was perfectly al dente, the cheese was creamy and mild, and the pepper nicely balanced the richness with a mild spice. I ordered shrimp on the side and it was well seasoned and nicely charred. My wife had the geilled salmon and loved it. We didn't really have room for dessert, but since everything else was so good, we couldn't resist trying the Tiramisu and Strawberry panna cotta. We couldn't have been happier with our choice. Be prepared for European style service and you will leave satisfied.

The menu I think had a good variety of entrees to choose from, and we both ended really liking the dishes we ordered. I ordered the pasta bolognese, and it was great. The pasta was cooked right and the sauce not super over powering. We will definitely be back to try other dishes. My only complaint was that seating is a little cramped, and everyone including the restaurant staff had to maneuver around chairs, etc. but other than that we really enjoyed our visit.

It looked expensive from the outside but it wasn't. We were seated right away. They brought us some good bread to nibble on while we ordered. The tea was a little weak but I'm very picky on my tea. We ordered parmesan and garlic bread for an appetizer. It was huge and super tasty. The dipping sauce was very good. We also ordered a spaghetti bolanase. We didn't realize until we were ordering that they do a BOGO half off deal on entrees every Tuesday, as long as everyone orders an entree. As a result we definitely had too much food on the table but it was nice for our party of 7 to try a bunch of different things! I didn't have time to take pictures of it all, but we started with the bruschetta and the sautéed mushrooms. Bruschetta came out hot and great as usual, but the mushrooms were a bit salty. The complementary salads were nice and light and our servers were great at refilling waters and bringing out more free bread throughout the night. For our entrees, we ordered the creamy lemon shrimp pasta with spaghetti, the eggplant parm with fettuccine, the lasagna bolognese, the shrimp spezia, the tortellini bolognese (one of the specials that day), and the dolce e salato & cesarini pizzas. My favorite items of the night were the dolce e salato pizza (the sweet and savory combo was excellent and the crust was light and fluffy) and the shrimp dishes - the shrimp was cooked very well. I'm not a big red sauce person but the bologneses were also pretty good. The long noodles were a little mushy in all the sauce but the tortellini was not bad. Portion sizes were huge so we took three boxes of leftovers home! And one of the ladies at the host stand helped us take some nice group pictures outside the restaurant after our meal. For a solid local red sauce joint that will fill you up and then some, look no further!
