After…read morewe finally got the bad guys out of our computer, we knew we needed a pro to go through it to make sure they hadn't installed spyware or altered any of our programs so they could get back in. We called this company and we are SO glad we did. Joseph came out the next morning and assessed the damage done. After thoroughly going through our drives, he had us shut the unit down, took our external hard drive with him and made sure it was clean. He helped us replace our old computer and set up a new one. After it arrived and transferred our stuff over from the old one. Joseph is very good at what he does. He did a magnificent job, charged a fair price for his work, and we highly recommend you consider this company should you need technical help.

    This thing claimed to have recovered the data from my computer's internal hard drive that I…read morecouldn't turn on but all they did once I checked the data on the thumb drive they gave me was download data from Microsoft OneDrive, they literally only download information from my OneDrive in the cloud and nothing from my computers internal drive... Why the hell would I need someone to download cloud data when I still have access to OneDrive, I thought it was weird they were asking about OneDrive. Then to add injury, these clowns wiped my internal drive so my data is now gone so super fuck them.

The store manager initially told me I could return it within a month and accepted $27 in cash. When I came back within two weeks to return the equipment, I was told to come back the next day because they were busy. When I returned, instead of refunding my $27, I was told I needed to pay an additional $50, which was never mentioned before. After I questioned this, they asked me to come back again when the manager was available. When I returned again, the manager said they couldn't refund me because they "didn't have cash" and told me to bring my card. Instead of issuing a refund, they charged my card another $22 without properly explaining why. I spent over an hour at the store across multiple visits, received inconsistent information, and was ignored while waiting. In the end, I left without a refund because it was not worth continuing to waste my time. This experience shows a serious lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service -- especially from management. Very disappointed.
