I had a very disappointing experience at this Verizon store. I returned a WiFi box within the allowed return period. The store manager initially told me I could return it within a month and accepted $27 in cash. When I came back within two weeks to return the equipment, I was told to come back the next day because they were busy. When I returned, instead of refunding my $27, I was told I needed to pay an additional $50, which was never mentioned before. After I questioned this, they asked me to come back again when the manager was available. When I returned again, the manager said they couldn't refund me because they "didn't have cash" and told me to bring my card. Instead of issuing a refund, they charged my card another $22 without properly explaining why. I spent over an hour at the store across multiple visits, received inconsistent information, and was ignored while waiting. In the end, I left without a refund because it was not worth continuing to waste my time. This experience shows a serious lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service -- especially from management. Very disappointed. read more

They had the phones we wanted in stock, even after launch day. And Tre was also very transparent about what fees we were paying and overall just very kind and patient. My niece and I recently switched over to Verizon from another carrier. The whole experience was a total nightmare, with the exception of my visit to the Victra Verizon store at 9770 w Flamingo Las vegas NV. Being that we were getting our lines at a reasonable price it had to be done over the phone with an agent, so we were told. We switched 6 lines to Verizon and the agent processing the order put in temporary IMEI numbers. Because of this 3 of the 6 lines would not work. I went to this location and Taryn was awesome. She really knows her job and does it well. I previously went to the corporate store in Boca Park and Serena said she could not help me and that I had to wait another 24 hours and maybe it would be fixed by then. Mind you I was without phone service for 2 days. Taryn was able to see that all the IMEI numbers were wrong on the phones and that was the reason they were not working. I can't thank her enough. Went here today to help get my son's phone fixed regarding a Sim card issue, after I walked in about five or six people walked in after me .. there was only one employee working, Jenelle. She greeted every single customer that walked in and told them that she would be right with them. After getting nowhere with a Verizon customer service tech support person on the phone, we ended up just upgrading his phone to the new iPhone 14. She was super helpful, went out of her way and explained everything in detail. I will definitely be going back to this location and dealing with that one employee based on my experience today. read more

I Upgraded one of my lines & I also purchase 3 more devices. One device was defective & when I came in to exchange it, Dallas had terrible customer service skills. There was an obvious issue with the device but Dallas insisted, it was just me not understanding how the device works. He also started speaking bad about his coworkers. That is so unprofessional! I had no choice but to return the next day speak to a manager who resolved my issue within a matter of 5 mins. Dallas should have done this the 1st place, instead of making me return to speak to somebody who was more competent. Please hire people with better customer service skills. read more

For a company that specializes in communication they fail miserably at it. Please go to this store, you will find out that it is closed. Still active on all of the maps and when you call they still claim to be in that location but you show up and the verizon store is gone. I dont even have a verizon account but I never will based on how they handle communications. Additionally I found out that they have moved to a brand new building across the 215. I go there and access to the building is stupid. You can only access in one direction, no turn lanes or anything to get you in from across the street. Also don't try to bring a business check in to pay bills. They are not competent enough to take them. That is too hard of a task for a verizon store to take payment by business check. read more

The experience of going into the store to get a SIM card for your new unlocked phone that you recently purchased compared to going there after you've broken your screen by accident is a completely different one. Originally, my first visit, I was super stoked to get this new phone serviced. Compared to this visit - it was a R.I.P (rest in peace) moment and I was just looking for some answers to what happens next. How can I get a replacement phone? How long will it take? Will it cost anything since I have insurance? Those type of questions... With that being said, I have to say the discrepancy in customer service from my first visit compared to the 2nd time around...calls for an updated review. Overall, I would give my 1st exp w/ Jordan a 5 stars and this time was 1-2 stars with Robert. My 2nd trip here left me borderline w/ road rage because of how frustrated I was. I entered the store with my broken phone and everything I thought I would need to file a claim/get a new phone. I wasn't the only person in the store this time as there was one employee helping a grandmother with her tablet. Anyway, I was waiting around for a man named Robert who was either helping someone else or rounding up a conversation with a man who seemed to be close to him. I was hoping for the same type of conversation or ending to the conversation when I left. He seemed like a great guy and I'm sure he is. I explained to Robert I had dropped my phone face down and the screen had broken while I was playing Pokémon: Go. He told me to come over to his area where he was already logged in and proceeded to dial a number which ends up being Asurion (a 3rd party company that handles insurance claims for broken phones across multiple carriers). OK, I get it. Verizon's policy isn't to handle claims personally, which is unfortunate because it would be great to know I don't have to deal with a 3rd party company. Especially when you're at the store in person. This wasn't a problem for me. However, I felt pretty abandoned by Robert because we both knew I would be on hold for a while (15 minutes) and I had a few questions about policies and what potentially my options were. Even if he couldn't answer my questions, it would be nice to have at least an "I don't know." Instead, he looked at his personal or work cell phone and went towards the back without really giving a reason of why he would "be right back." Five minutes later, an elderly lady entered the store and wasn't greeted by the gentleman still helping the other lady with the tablet. She immediately came to me and asked if she could pay her bill. I laughed and put my shoulders up and then pointed to the man sitting down. She had to get his attention again and ask the question about her bill. At this point, I felt I was working there because it took a few minutes later for Robert to come from the back. After this, I was pretty uncomfortable sitting on hold (in a store) while the lady trying to pay her bill and myself are shoulder to shoulder. Fortunately, we shared a few laughs and she mentioned how ridiculous it was to be on hold, in person, at the store. However, I have to think that Robert should have multi-tasked a little better and logged in away from where I was on hold or at least started me off on the other area (which may have been in use from the other guy). After being on hold for 15 minutes, someone from Asurion answered the phone and needed information from an address I lived in for 5 months about 5-6 years ago. I have moved 5 times since then. I couldn't provide that information without a computer or phone present to check my email to find that address. That was hard to take because now I've spent 30+ minutes out of my way - when I could have just done this online and not be here verbally vomiting on you all here on Yelp. I'm giving this 3 stars because Jordan was awesome the 1st time I came here and Robert walked the elderly lady to her car - which was sweet. However, I had the problem with the following which I'm docking 3 stars. 1: Verizon/Go Wireless should just immediately tell their customers to file their claims online unless they look completely computer illiterate. 2: Lack of multi-tasking and there were only 3 customers within a 30 minute span. I can't imagine myself wanting to go here when there is an even worse ratio. 3: Inconsistentcy in customer service - I left without even saying bye or being asked why I was leaving. To me, that is a horrible time...and one I really don't look forward to doing again. 4: I'm trying to file my claim online and my exact phone isn't listed which really worries me. Chelsea was great at trouble shooting the issue as she put in a new SIM card which resolved the issues I was having and on top of that she noticed my phone didn't have a protective screen and sold me on getting one. I hate to give this place 1 star based on 1 human being but I'm so irritated after walking out of this store. The person working the night shift this Tuesday is completely unhelpful and just lost some good business. I went in there to get a simple prepaid data plan for a tablet that we are testing for my company. First he tells me the owner would have to come in in order to do a prepaid account in my companies name, even though I am an authorized representative of the company, okay fine, maybe that's a rule they have (although it's ridiculous considering I just did the exact same thing at T-Mobile last week with no problem). Then he mentions "unless you already have a Verizon account and your an authorized user." "Great, we do have one, let's do it then." Then he goes "well you have to be an authorized user" in his condescending way, so I tell him I am the authorized user on the account and he finally (reluctantly) goes to look up the number. I give him the number connected to our account, he can't find it and tells me it's not a Verizon account, I told him I pay the bill for this account every month, I am 110% sure it is a Verizon account. He can't find it. After trying to log into the account online (which of course I couldn't remember the log in for because I have a million of them to remember) he stood there still trying to give off excuses of why he basically couldn't (or didn't want to) do anything. Finally I give in and say "okay so what if we just do it in my name, what do I need to do to set that up," he says he would need to run my ID and my SSN for a credit check in order to open a prepaid account. (Side note: If you don't know about prepaid accounts you might have fallen for his complete bullshit. Luckily I know all about them and even have a friend that works for Verizon in California so I know that the whole reason prepaid accounts exist is so you DONT have to run your SSN and credit and I am certainly not going to put a credit connected account in my name for my company, no matter how much I trust them.) I looked him right in the eye and said "no, you don't. You don't run credit or SSN for a prepaid account, that's why it's a prepaid account" and he tries to play it off like "well... I mean... Idk, I'm pretty sure we have to, blah blah blah..." At this point I just turned around and walked out because after the rest of his excuses, bullshit, and just all around unhelpfulness I didn't need to hear any more from this guy who, for whatever reason, didn't want to do any work tonight. Then on the way out he hollers at us to try the corporate store on Charleston and fort Apache, I guess they actually like to make money at that store. The funniest part about the whole ordeal is the reason my company is trying to test the Verizon network on this tablet is because we are looking to open a large account for a data plan with over 100 devices and if I can't even open one stupid prepaid account to test it out you can bet we probably won't be using Verizon. So congratulations Go Wireless, you have completely screwed Verizon out of a pretty good sum of money. read more

I was lucky enough to be helped by Rob C., he was so knowledgeable and patient, he had to explain how to solve my issues several times until I figured it out, I felt bad to take so much of his time, but he helped me with a smile.
