Worst service ever. I wish there was an option to put 0 stars. To Bad I have to give them one star they don't even deserve one star. I took my phone to fix with them and they took a month to fix the phone. When they give me the phone the phone had the wrong parts and they told me they had missed placed the home button and that's why they put the black instead of the gold which that's the regional part for the phone. I also paid $25 for a case and $25 for a fiber glass protection screen. The case was a cheap ass case and the fiberglass was all broken cracked from the top. Despite the horrible reviews I read online I took a chance for myself. I cracked my iphone 7 plus to the point where I could feel the glass coming off on my finger tips. I walked into there store and showed my phone, I was quoted $80 and about an hour to fix it. I can back an hour and a half later and my screen looked and felt brand new. I'm only giving it 4 stars because, the FREE screen protector was for an iphone 6 plus which was poorly put on and there were finger prints on the screen. I wanted my screen repaired for my iPhone 6s because it had been cracked for a while. I work down the street from this place so I said why not?! I show up and they told me to come back, they "fixed" it and when I tried it out it was typing extra words, so we reset it and when it was back on it seemed good. A few hours later it started doing the same adding extra letters to words and flipping my screen back and forth on snapchat. When I called another guy answered he told me to wait until the next day for it to be fixed again. I called the next dAy and They still didn't have my part at the time he said, he then gave me another time. So I call again and says I have to wait until Monday on a Thursday. So I got upset and said I wanted my money back On Monday if he kept saying he didn't get the part. So then he said "don't come at me with your little bull-shit, I'm trying to be nice and help you so just be calm" I was like nice? Okay?? So he fixed it again on Friday... and my screen is still fucked up. I'm not bothering or wasting my time with rude people. After they're getting paid to get it right. Lame. This is the worst phone repair shop I've even been to. They took almost a month to fix my phone, they said they would call me to keep me updated and I never heard from them. When I finally got my phone which needed a new lcd they put the wrong color frame and cracked the screen. They said they would put the right color, I called and went to the store to see if they had the received my gold frame they said they'd call me to tell me when they got it and they never did so I gave up after so many tries. The only reason why I am giving it two stars is because of the customer service. I'll try to make this short. I came in one day to fix my phone but he said that they had ran out the part I needed (mind you I just came in to fix my cracked screen) so he tells me to come back tomorrow and so I did. I waited while they fixed my phone, it took about 20-30 minutes to get my screen fixed and I was super excited about it. 30 minutes later my phone was super hot and then my battery life was going literally like 60%,59%,58% etc.. it was crazy, all of this was happening in seconds. About 3 hours later my phone was glitching like no tomorrow I couldn't even make a phone call. I come in the next day to get it fixed but clearly it was not fixed because it was still happening! So then the following day I came in again and sorta raised hell. I rather have a shattered screen then have a problem internally. Do the things right the first time. Also please I beg you guys just spend the extra 50-70 dollars and get it fixed correctly and professionally at the Apple Store for those of you who have an iPhone. The two stars is for the patience they had with me and they did try to honestly help me but I mean I should just paid the 130 over the 80 dollars and having to make 3 trips and needing to deal with a crazy phone.
