Definitely recommend this place!! Amazing new staff and manager! Kevin was amazing. It felt that my questions and concerns where important to him. He made sure I had no questions before I left and he also gave me the best pricing that fits me. I was in and out quick and with no issues. Definitely coming back! read more

I walked in this morning because one of my phones is not getting service, the lady said as by herself and did very little to help. She walk me through some minimal steps and then told me she couldn't help. Very lazy, I was in and out in one minute, she had zero intention to help me. Even when I told her I need to upgrade another phone. She didn't even try to help me Very disappointed, now I've on the phone with phone support for over an hour read more

Great service! Very polite! Good service, they explain and respond all my questions helping me to choose the prefect phone for me , thanks Abril! read more

Went in with my mom a little over a month ago. My mom was looking to upgrade her phone. The minute we got there the employee who "helped" us had a shitty attitude.... She sold my mom the phone & during the entire process my mom asked several times for her to please confirm how much her bill would go up in cost. The employee confirmed with my mom it wouldn't go up anymore than $30 after the upgrade discount. A MONTH LATER WE ARE NOW RECEIVING a bill of $214.56 because this incompetent employee added insurance to the phone & added the "upgrade anytime" service that my mom DID NOT want or request nor did she even once ask my mom if she wanted to consider adding those things. BUNCH OF lazy, rude attitude, scamming people read more

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL. THIS IS A AUTHORIZED RETAIL STORE ( privately owed). Better off going to a AT&T corporate store. The customer service is terrible. All the 1 star reviews are true. The employees are not friendly, you can definitely tell they don't like it there! If you're in this area, I recommend going to the one in the Downey promenade. You won't regret it! read more

Made me wait on the phone for about 45 min then my call was dropped , I called another store in HP and they answered right away , please train your employees to answer the phones properly or you ll lose many customers like myself read more

The reps turned us away and sent us to a corporate store because we weren't purchasing any thing. We were transferring a line from one person to another and they wouldn't help us. read more

Worst service ever. A few of the employees there are willing to help but the management there aren't in the business to help customers. I regret upgrading my phone at this location. read more

Went in here last week because the recent breach has had my phone screwed up for 2 months! I mean my bank accounts and everything were hit! Talked to att over the phone until they basically said they didn't know wtf to do. I went in to this location for real to find out when to cancel my whole account so I can go to another company. The young lady working here was awesome. She was the ONLY one I spoke to who came up with a solution. I wish I remembered her name!!! But she's awesome and kudos to her! read more

This store is one of the worse. I work for AT&T cor., my mom wanted to buy a case so I told her to go to this one since it was close to home. The representatives were lazy and rude. They weren't helpful at all and my mom felt like her phone was old. Get your shit together guys. Seriously. Point is...Don't come to this store. Go to a corporate location. read more

They move at a snails pace here, they have 2 people working and I've literally been here an hour to pay My bill... let that sink in- it's taking this long to give the company money. Imagine if I had an issue- it's honestly sad really. read more

I gave these people my i.d yet there a different name of my bill‍ i asked for the lowest price plan which I believe is a $65 plan and the gave me a plan which is $ 120 a month. Then they put me as going in for a business line. Wtf shame on them. read more

Avoid this location at all costs. The girls that work here are unethical and unprofessional. They make errors and refuse to acknowledge or correct their mistakes. My grandparents came here twice for help to correct an issue that one of the staff made. Both times they refused to help them and lied about their names. All the girls here state that their name is Jasmine which is clearly a lie. Avoid the girl with blonde hair with tattoos and fake eyelashes who claims her name is "Jasmine". Their real names are Evelyn and Catherine. Keep in mind my grandparents are over 80 yrs old so this can easily fall as elder abuse. I finally came in for them and luckily the manager was present during my visit. He was helpful and able to correct the error and apologized for his staff. Nonetheless, this will be our last visit at this location. This store needs to be retrained and reevaluated. read more

Ommggg I had the most great experience ever here. Hansel the store manager helped me through everything. He is so sweet, very helpful, very intellectual and dedicated to his job, making sure the customers leave happy and satisfied. I highly recommend coming to this specific store and having Hansel or one of his team mates help you. He even through in a case and phone accessory for the wait. YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH HANSEL (aka) Handsome lol that's my nickname for him. I look to going back to the store to pay my bill even thought I can pay it online I just to want that great experience again. read more

I signed up for AT&T internet by a DirecTV rep in a local Costco store. Years ago, I swore I never do business with them again because I had called customer service to have a bill explained and they bounced me around for an hour before I realized I was being rope-a-doped. Recently, I was in the store and the manager, William, offered me good rewards for switching from my beloved Verizon to bundling with AT&T. In short, WILLIAM LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING. And, he neglected to cancel DirecTV so I was forced to pay for a whole month for TWO different services. I had made it clear that I was unemployed for two years and the ONLY reason I changed was to get $350 in rewards VISA cards. I've been calling to straighten this mess out and since William has moved to a new office and I have no proof of our arrangements, the company is refusing to honor Williams's promises. Before you opt to do business with these crooks, read the reviews with the Better Business Bureau and see why over 50,000+ customers have complained about the company and its corrupt billing practices. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH AT&T. read more

Really bad customer service, I went in to get the new iPhone 7, I wanted to upgrade my old iPhone and they opened a new account for 2 years with an old phone number that I used to have so now I have two lines and have to cancel one. 2nd incident I ordered 2 new iPhones for my parents and they got shipped to a totally different address, I don't get a refund until 21 days. They don't know what they are doing, please save yourself the trip and the frustration go to a real at&t store. They are unexperienced workers doing whatever they want. When I went today 3 people were ahead of me in line with similar problems. read more

I've only ever had one good experience in this location, I'm not sure why I go back here. Well first, I went in yesterday getting an upgrade on a line. I had to come back because I thought they accepted Apple Pay, so I came back & before I left, I just had to pay, I had the color picked out & everything. however, when I came back, I decided on a different color. But the lady helping me, YARI, was so rude! I understand she wanted to make a sale & was a bit lazy to start all over, but she kept telling her co worker they had to start all over like if she didn't want to do the extra work. Then, she asked for my Id & gave it back to me in a rude way. I just felt her energy & she either needs more training or doesn't belong in customer service. & I'm not one to get bothered about things. If I am going to pay over a thousand dollars for a phone, then I'm going to get the color that I want. read more

This store sucks, no customer service what so ever. came in two time just to get the screen protector on my phone that I bought their and both time was denied. understaffed and the staff that works their don't care for customers. NEVER AGAIN... NO STARTS.. read more

Awful service and shady reps beware of Fabian goes by (Alex). First of all, my brother asked for the S20 ultra and was told they didn't have it that they had to order it. Then, Fabian went to pull the phone out from the back. Second, I was charged for accessories that I did not request nor received. When I went back to the store a second time to question those charges I was told that the manager said those were city and state taxes, which didn't match the description on the receipt. The third time I went back, they told me that somehow the transaction from the previous customer had transferred to my receipt and that is why those extra charges were on my receipt, but they were going to reimburse me the money. Never again am I going back to this store. read more

Really horrible customer service. Richard Salas was rude and didn't want to assist us with switching iPhones for my mother and sister n law. We were keeping him from watching the game on one of his devices I guess because he kept ignoring us and looking down. He even walked away from us at one point. He never logged in to our account to try to help us. He changed the SIM cards on the phones and that was as much help as we got from him. We needed help retrieving an iCloud password and he told us we would need to go to an Apple store. Horrible Horrible Horrible experience. I will never visit this store again. This is the first time I had this type of experience with AT&T. They are usually friendly and helpful. He needs MORE TRAINING on customer service. read more

Customer service representative, Roland, was awesome! Went in with a couple of concerns about my account. His suggestions were very helpful and he answered all my questions. I came out with a lower cell phone bill, made changes to my Direct TV account and upgraded my phone. If that wasn't enough, I qualified for a free tablet. Highly recommend them. read more

Except for Michele who has been helping us for years but I don't believe works there anymore. Everyone here is a rat tying to take advantage of customers who don't now or aren't well informed. Fabian and who ever he was working with on 4/19/2020 (fat guy). Our direct tv satellite caused a leak in the roof which caused the roof to be replaced but that's not the issue here. I had my wife go in and ask him to send a technician to set up the satellite again as well as get additional boxes for two rooms that we wanted. My wife goes by her self and comes out with a new contract and new att box. SMH. What this sales person did was lie to my wife tell her nothing could be done. They sold her on the Dodgers because we both want to watch them when they start again. They said direct tv wouldn't carry them so we couldn't get cable boxes. When I go to confront them they say we ran the debit card already so now you are stuck in a 2 year contract. Why do they take advantage of a female and lie to her like that. I am going to report them as well as return there dumb equipment. read more
