Fell impressed to the reviews so I had to try this place out to replace my cracked iPhone 6 screen but unfortunately I wasn't over all satisfied. It was $110 plus a $9 tax. Ouch. A week or so later the screen started coming off the phone. Not to mention during installation the guys finger prints stained and blurred the front camera so now the front camera is ultimately blurry.... My keyboard and phone basically go haywire now since the screen is practically falling off. It would've came out cheaper if I just had went to T-Mobile to replace my screen in that case. Now I know. I brought my iPhone 8plus to be repaired because my screen had cracked and my colors were a bit off. I drop it off to be repaired and end up picking it up 2 hours later . Once he hands it to me i noticed the screen is dim so i obviously try putting the brightness up but it was already all the way up. :( So now my phone was dim and it had a greyish undertone to it. I let the owner know that i was upset and he compared it to his iphone and there was a huge difference but he still pretended as if it was fine and i was the one tripping. So he was let me know about the 30 day warranty and that I could bring it back the following day. I called him the following day and let him know i would take my phone back and he tried giving me the run around saying it was going to take over 5 hours hoping i would say no. I still said yes and he was even giving me attitude when I did take it back. Keep in mind this was the owner! Needless to say they didn't fix my issue and my phone still had the grey/green tone, my brightness was low, and the screen sensibility was off! read more

Went so they can repair a cracked screen on my IPhone 6 and now my speaker doesn't work went back and had to pay for them to fix it. Still having other issues that I didn't have before. After reading others reviews from this location I have noticed that I'm not the first to have taken a good working condition phone to find out that at time of pick up other issues have appeared. Update: had to take the phone back twice for issues with the repair, first the screen wasn't properly sealed and was practically falling out 2 days later and then I noticed my sensor for when making calls wasn't working: my phone would not let me do anything during calls like speakerphone or even hang up. They charged me an additional $20 the second time "for the part" but I think it was ultimately due to the original repair and should have been free. I would suggest to maybe pay someone else a little more for better service and avoid the issues down the line. read more

I came here about 2-3 weeks ago to get my batter replaced... I wasn't ready to let go of my iPhone 5S especially since I wanted to wait for the iPhone X. Amazing and fast service. After looking around and trying to find a place close by with good price I found "It can be Fixed". I came in to get my cracked screen on my iPhone fixed. My screen cracked, half black, and the touch screen wouldn't work. I thought it was going to be okay "I'll have your phone in a few hours so come back later" but not at all Rick had it done in just 15 minutes. I had called other places and they were charging upward of $120+, but Rick had my screen Fixed for just 90 dollars an amazing price and at amazingly fast service. fuck this place to the fullest!! i took a phone in that held sentimental value to have the screen and charging port replaced and whoever worked on it completely fucked it up!!!!! 1st they gave me the run around about not having the parts available then the motherboard overheating. my phone never had any issues other than the screen being cracked. i went to pick it up completely broken. the phone wouldn't turn on, all the screws are missing and the phone literally fell apart. do not bring your phone here!!! read more

Horrible customer service. I came in for a simple crack screen. The screen was not even that cracked but I thought i fixed it bc of their low prices... When I went to pick up my iphone, he left it worst!! The home button did not work and since it was an iphone 7 - it was not a problem he could fix. I was in LA for the weekend so I had to get my phone fix by the that weekend yet the owner did not offer me any solutions. The thing that sucks is that I had paid for the service before realizing the home button was broken so the owner did not care if he fixed my phone. Literally gave me false promised and came away with my money and breaking my ihpone even more. He literally stoled my money and had to take my iphone to Apple instead... Like I said, HORRRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wish I could do more to sway customers away but I guess a review will have to do. I found on this store on Yelp in need of a long needed repair of my cell phone screen. I hate dealing with my insurance company for my phone. After reading other reviews on this location I figure It'll be my best bet. Once I got there I was helped and explain my options. Within 16 mins my phone was looking new. No trace of the screen cracks that was once there. And I was told to check out the phone to make sure it was to my up most approval. Worst service ever. I wish there was an option to put 0 stars. To Bad I have to give them one star they don't even deserve one star. I took my phone to fix with them and they took a month to fix the phone. When they give me the phone the phone had the wrong parts and they told me they had missed placed the home button and that's why they put the black instead of the gold which that's the regional part for the phone. I also paid $25 for a case and $25 for a fiber glass protection screen. The case was a cheap ass case and the fiberglass was all broken cracked from the top.
