"It Can Be Fixed" lol there scammers. they use cheap and fake parts to fix your phone. will ultimately result in your battery not working or other issues. trust. they fixed my phone before. i opened it and seen the cheap parts. ALSO stole working parts. another story. went to them to fix my ps4. had a small problem would over heat somtimes. the mexican and black dude couldn't even fix that. charged 100$. took almost 2 months of them giving me the run around. "will have it ready" "was busy" tomorrow for sure. they made me waist gas many times after saying it was ready and wasn't. btw read other reviews on theses clowns. same story's. they give u the runaround. they claim they close at 8:00 i'm pretty there outta there by 5:00. so about the ps4 i went to pick it up. without telling them i was going. i demand the ps4 or a full refund. ugly black guy sits there with a smirk and says it's ready. take it home AND THE PS4 WONT TURN ON!. lmaoo they obviously took all the good parts back. i went back and they denied and refused a full refund. end of the day i got back a ps4 that no longer works at all. Truth Be Told 5 Stars Is Really Not Enough... Seriously! Nick to my rescue. So the top of my Iphone had been cracked for forever and you know I did my very best to hold on without fixing it for the longest, but last week my screen started to fade in and out, my camera was horrible, when trying to send a text msg sometimes it would spaz out and create a message I was NOT typing, and then it got so bad I could only make calls thru Siri. My nephew told me to take my phone to Nick... he was waiting on me. Nick was so courteous when I walked in, and took one look @ my phone and knew exactly what the problem was. As he proceeded to take a part my phone he explained each step in detail, and even provided me a tempered glass protector since he noticed I drop my phone quite often. The shop is clean, quiet, easy to find, and they provide services on anything that's broken ... Ipod, Ipad, Laptops. You broke it and they will fix it, and their prices are pretty reasonable too. I went to It Can Be Fixed to fix my iPhone 6's screen. The middle button wasn't working and screen was cracked. Not only was this store available until 8-9 PM, they helped me with directions and they asked if I needed anything to accomodate me while I wait. The two gentleman who assisted me were Davonne and Rick, they were very good with customer service and told me everything that was going on with my phone! They repaired my phone in less than 30 minutes and the time flew since I wasn't bored during the waiting time. The prices are great and reasonable for the amazing work done! I bought a charger and they gave me one but I wanted a gold one without thinking when I purchased it, I called and asked if I could trade it or if it was too late and Rick easily said "Come on by and we'll trade it for the color you wanted." This place is the best I recommend everybody to go here I broke my phone twice and it came back to me perfectly fine and they have the best customer service. I took my cracked Samsung S10 here this past Saturday and received it back Monday. I must say its been about 5 days I ABSOLUTELY LOVE The work this man did on my phone, it has not glitch what so ever, the screen is perfectly fine. He promised he would take care of me AND HE DID. My daughter broke her phone and was water damaged as well, I went to metro to see if they could fix it or at least get her information out of it but they couldn't do it. One of the reps suggested that I go to "It Can Be Fixed" and she gave me their business card. So without any hesitation I went and Rick helped me and assured me that it could get fixed. The only place id EVER take any of my phones for repair period!!!!!! Theres no need for shopping around for cheaper prices or even places closer to me......I dont mind driving all the way out to Lynwood from Ontario to get my devices repaired because I know its gonna be done right the first time and at a great price.
