Then you get to do it all over again when you leave. THEN they close that section even earlier THAN their already bankers hours... Oh and they enforce those hours like nazis or government workers when that second hand hits the time... You better be out and on your way.... Absolutely ridiculous. We have been paying on a storage room faithfully for YEARS ... You would think they had better business sense to modernize some when they go up on the rent all the time, make the other faculty easier to get in and out of, cease with the ridiculous bankers hours and come into the 21st century, and show their good long term customers some appreciation. When we got to location to pick up the truck, the owner was a blunt, very straightforward, no BS type of personality. The other reviews of this location seem to paint the owner in a negative light. Yes, he's a little rough around the edges, but the owner will get you what you need, and without any hassle. I would highly suggest calling ahead to know what items/documents you need before you come to this location to rent - proof of residency, drivers license, a witness to verify your identity, to name a few. Otherwise, if you show up unprepared, the owner will not be as helpful as you'd like. The equipment itself is pretty standard and up to date, no complaints there. Overall, if you're someone who's on top on their stuff when moving, using this location should be a breeze.

Filed a complaint with Texas DMV…read more I hired Swift Movers LLC for a move in San Antonio on February 20, 2026. During the move, their crew wrapped and transported my 55-inch Samsung television, which was fully functional prior to the move. After unwrapping and powering it on at my new residence, I discovered severe panel damage, including cracking and vertical line distortion, ruining the TV. We observed the crew drop a plastic box containing personal belongings and drop our mattress, demonstrating careless handling practices. I booked the Basic Move option and was informed verbally that damage claims are considered on a case-by-case basis. Despite this, my claim for replacement value was formally denied, citing lack of a specialty TV box and basic coverage. Attached are photos of the damaged television. Sharing my negative experience so others know what to expect.
