I would highly suggest calling ahead to know what items/documents you need before you come to this location to rent - proof of residency, drivers license, a witness to verify your identity, to name a few. Otherwise, if you show up unprepared, the owner will not be as helpful as you'd like. The equipment itself is pretty standard and up to date, no complaints there. The location of this storage is great for those who live in downtown and it has a very quick access to the highway, which I think is convenient. The buildings are pretty well air conditioner, and the elevators are spacious. Overall, they keep the buildings pretty clean and staff working there has always been helpful. However, one of the main reasons why they are getting on my nerves is their constant annual price increase. I've been a customer for almost 6 years, and I am now paying almost double the amount from when I started which seems ridiculous. The ongoing increments just feel more like a way to kick you out, than actually keeping you as a customer. Anyhow! Besides the insane prices I currently pay, as of lately I've seen a lot of issues with either the gate not working, the door to access the building not working, no cars to move stuff anywhere to be found. Luckily for me, I didn't check their location before I entered into google maps... they're a fair bit away from my house. But, I soldiered on and made it despite meeting rush hour traffic. And I'm glad I did. Had to wait, as there is only one technician in the front, and he was busy with other customers. But eventually he got to me and I barely started describing the problem when told it was probably my battery. He asked if he could remove it to check it out, and we discovered it was misshapen. He removed it, plugged in the power cable, and the touch pad worked great! He ordered a new battery, let me walk out with my laptop, and called when the battery arrived. Fifteen minutes later I walked out with my old laptop working like new. The price was exactly what he told me it would cost. I wish I lived closer because I love them. But, I hate driving in traffic... I'm retired and now that I don't have to fight it, I avoid it almost all costs. I now use another repair shop two miles from home. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable And were able to fix my laptop for a whole lot less than a new laptop would've cost me, even if I didn't go with the Apple brand. I dropped off my laptop on Thursday and it was ready on Friday. I didn't lose any information that was on my laptop. I highly recommend these guys. If you're having computer issues, give them a try. These guys know their stuff and you won't be disappointed.
