Their food is simple with a limited selection, but it feels fresh and healthy, which I really appreciated. Their desserts were delicious as well, I tried a cake which was like tres leches cake and very tasty. Customer service was generally good; however, I would recommend being mindful about conversations at the counter. While we were waiting to pay, the cashier continued chatting with the previous customer while our food was in front of her.

New location in Falls Church! Checked it out on opening day and the food was fantastic. Got the Istanbul Köfte, Chicken Krbab (gluten free), and rice pudding. Alll of it was very good. This will be a new place to eat at regularly.

Great staff and great coffee! I stopped here for a quick bite and coffee while at the mall. I had a Turkish coffee and a baklava. Both of which were perfect. I will say the price for the size of the baklava is a little high, but it was tasty. So much so that I returned and got a slice of orange cake and it was also delicious. I highly recommend you give this little cafe a try.even though it's in the mall and open to the people walking past it's still got a cute and comfy vibe to it. It's near the Cheesecake Factory entrance at the mall!!

Amazing service and amazing food. Don't overthink it, just go and eat it. It's so authentic and delicious!!

Homemade manti (entree), revani (dessert), and ottoman sherbet (drink). All fantastic:-).

Yum, homemade vegetarian manti entree (off main menu), revani for dessert (orange taste), and ottoman sherbet. Friendly staff.

I first met Ferida at the Rosslyn Farmers Market in 2020. I've been a huge fan of her food and business, Ozfeka Catering, ever since! When I moved to Ballston, I continued to buy from the Ozfeka table at the Ballston farmers market. I was super happy to see Istanbul Kitchen open its doors after hearing Ferida speak about her ambitions for the restaurant before she had even found a location. Every time I go to Tysons Corner Center, this is my go-to for food and sweets. I love how open the space is, but still ensconced from the noises of the mall. Whether you come across Ozfeka at a farmers market or go to Istanbul Kitchen, I highly recommend the burek, kofte, tzatziki, babaganoush, Zucchini Fritters, almond cookies, and çai.

This place is amaaazing! There was nothing on the plate that we didn't love. Delicious hummus, tender chicken, amazing salads. So generous for the price! I can't believe you can find food this good at the mall, so much better than fast food and just as fast. Don't skip on the beverage either, the hibiscus ginger cinnamon drink was perfect!

Amazing food and service börek tea and shambali we tried all was delicious Simit better than İstanbul

A very average and overpriced mall restaurant. I recently went here for lunch with a friend during a shopping day at Tyson's and we went here as it looked like the best of several options. The restaurant itself is no-frills, with some Turkish decorations among the typical mall-design restaurant. I got the Istanbul Platter and the Turkish Bagel for dine-in, and the food came in a timely manner. The bagel was fine, if overpriced. However, the Istanbul Platter was over $16, and almost half the platter was rice pilaf. The rice was decent, but the rest of the platter was mediocre. The chicken lacked flavor and leaned towards the rubbery side. The pita square could not hold up to the food I put on it, the chickpeas needed more seasoning, and the salad was a few leaves. Given food quality options and prices at Tyson's Corner Mall, I would bring your own food or eat elsewhere.

Saw just opened next to the upcoming Barnes & nobles in Tyson's. Food is excellent. As well as the homemade Turkish delights.

The portions were very generous, and the Doner was unlike any other I've tried -- full of flavor, perfectly seasoned, juicy, and with an amazing authentic sauce that really stood out. The Börek was also excellent -- so tasty and flaky that I ended up saving some for breakfast the next morning! I'll definitely be back. We ordered: - the honeydew mocktail (this was so good, I haven't had a mocktail that I enjoyed so much in a long time now) - the assortment of dips (delicious and paired so well with the bread) - a side of toum (this is an essential for me at any restaurant) - the ottoman rice (my family's favorite) - brussel sprouts - cauliflower (our server's favorite) - Adana kepab - the small lamb shoulder dish (really good) - branzino (sooo good and cooked perfectly) - pistachio soufflé (like a chocolate lava cake but with pistachio inside--soooo fab) We absolutely loved everything that we ordered and the bread that they served the food with. The service was so attentive. The vibes were really nice and not overly fancy. My family and I thought it was one of the best Turkish/middle eastern meals we've had in a while (and we thought this was much better than Zaytinya). Overall I cannot wait to return.

The space itself was cozy, and the wall decor made it feel warm and comfortable, perfect for a nice dinner with friends or family. The lamb skewers were so flavorful with generously-sized chunks of lamb on the skewer. I was so curious about the noodles and I'm glad we got the chance to try the gambian soman. You can tell the noodles were hand-pulled, they were so bouncy and absorbed the flavor of the meat (we got lamb) and the bell peppers so well. For dessert, we had the honey cake, which was also amazing. The cake layers were a little crumbly which complimented the cream layers in between, and the sweetness was perfectly, which I usually am cautious about when it comes to food sweetened with honey. I did end up coming back two days in a row because I was craving the lamb lol

I have been to almost all the Ughyur food spots in the DMV and Eerkin is simply my favorite for several reasons. The food is served piping hot. Everything here tastes amazing, from the soft and chewy hand pulled noodles to the dumplings and the pilaf. I love this place. 5/5 I won't mind having more bad dates here.

The Musakka dishes are served with a side of rice pilaf and the Omelete with a side of fries. Bottom line - all three of us found the entrees to be bland. In fairness, I have only had Greek Musakka before, but I expected more seasoning and flavor, and my friend (the vegetarian) noted that they didn't get a hint of Bechamel - only mozzarella. I tend to agree the entree was heavy on the mozzarella and light on other flavors. We agreed that the rice was very good, both in texture and mild flavor. The french fries also were very good. The service here continues to be beyond excellent. Really good service. If I could give 3.5 as a score, I would, because the service was exceptional. But this is the second time I was here and both times found the entree to be bland. Maybe that's how Turkish food is - if so, please let me know, but I doubt it.
