Such a cute nail salon! I usually go to Nail Time which does a great job at a great price, but I wanted to go somewhere nicer for my wedding nails. They have private rooms available even for just 2 people with cute chandeliers and couches. They are really quick and do a good job. I also like that the nail techs were not just talking amongst themselves the whole time - I usually feel like they are talking about me at other salons when they talk in a different language. I was definitely planning on giving this place 5 stars for several reasons: I really enjoyed my pedicure, the nail salon is cute and clean, the complimentary mimosas, gum, cookies, and because my nail tech was just too SWEET ( I believe her name was Selena). Well, our party arrived late which was our fault (they still took us in which was nice of them but I would have wished they wouldn't have rushed so much) paying $75 dollars for just a pedicure you would expect at least a bit more time but anyways I'm not counting that against them! We weren't offered a neck wrap, and when my friend (birthday girl) asked for a third mimosa the nail technician said there was a limit of two person for safety reasons (I think they just didn't want to serve her anymore complimentary mimosas). We went to Isle Pedispa on a Saturday, and I'm writing this review on Tuesday and guess what? The nail polish on my toes is chipping off already. I usually pay $20 to get my toes done at any other nail salons and they at least last 3 weeks. I'm VERY VERY VERY disappointed! I was planning to reserve a room for my birthday but now I have mix feelings about this place! Even when I do my own toes (which I hate) they usually last longer than 3 days. Make sure to checkout my picture. Aside from my nail polish chipping off which bothers me so much, I got the chocolate covered pedicure which left my feet very soft, and smelling AMAZINGLYYYYYYYY like chocolate. They scrub your feet with actual sliced strawberries, and a strawberry scrub that smells delicious. Then, they apply a chocolate mask all over your feet. Lastly, they apply Hershey's chocolate sauce and wrap your feet with hot towels. My friends got the cucumber pedicure, and they also enjoyed it! In conclusion, if you want the relaxing special pedicure and don't mind spending so much money this is your place! So I want to first of all start off with how wonderful the service was here. Everyone in the salon was very sweet and professional. However, its only Wednesday and I came in Saturday the 18th and the nail polish on my acrylic nails are officially chipping off. Coming to this place I had very high expectations and what I thought is not what I got. Grant it me and my girlfriends were about 20 minutes late which meant we still had about an hour and a half of service before the next clients came in. Time was clearly not an issue if they were done with my friends within 45 minutes. I got the cucumber pedicure and it was not what I expected. The lady (whose name I forgot) was very sweet however I am short and I was wearing a dress and there were several times she asked me to get closer to her and let me just say there was a few times my behind came close to hanging off the seat, making it very uncomfortable. She took maybe 45 minutes to finish and what seemed to be a very fantastic pedicure was really just a regular one for me, except for the fact that it was green water with cucumber slices in it. Meanwhile, I had another lady working on my nails which I was told she was great and she was, however, she was working on my nails while I was getting a pedicure and so I had to stretch my arms over the table in order for her to work on my nails. This did not allow me to enjoy my pedicure, which by the way she started on my nails maybe 30 minutes into my pedicure. Once they finished with my toes they asked me to slide over so that this would make it easier for her, I did but I was unable to look at my toes to make sure I liked them and with all the moving and me wearing a dress I was afraid to ruin my toes. So as 5 got closer we were asked to move to another area so she can finish my nails, I was totally okay with that but again my toes were still wet. I felt like at some point she was rushing but HELLO she started on my nails really late, and had I known that I would have never gotten my nails done. I payed $60 for nails which is much more than what I usually pay but I was okay with that until after the final work was done (she didn't even massage my hands), compliment drinks were offered but after I asked them for it and for my friend. I also felt like once they were done with my friend (birthday girl) poor thing wanted 3rd mimosa while she waited for me they said no because they only limit their customers to 2 drinks, but honestly I felt like they did not give it to her because they were already finished with her. My other friend kept saying how she wanted to come back but I looked at her crazy. GUESS WHAT though she got her toes done and last night she sent me a picture of how bad the nail polish came off her toes already (I am sure she won't be returning). She got the chocolate pedicure and honestly it was not what I expected either I felt like they just massaged her legs and feet with lotion that smells like chocolate and added a swizzle line of chocolate syrup on each foot and wrapped it with a hot towel. The service didn't live up to the prices! I took my niece here and they put us in a private room. My person was better than the one that did my nieces pedicure. After we were done we asked if we should dry and they said you can if you want so we asked where the drying area was and they just pointed towards the area. This was my first time at this location and it was lovely but for a first timer, they didn't explain things very well (e.g. that I had to pick out my polish first, after my pedicure I wasn't told that I should go to a certain area to dry my nails, etc).. The decor is luxurious and very feminine. They have certain things available for guests but don't always let them know what they are or offer them to clients (e.g. chocolate chip cookies. candy, coffee, hot chocolate) so be sure to lookout for them and take it if it's available. I was offered a neck wrap and a drink. I had the iced tea but it was just cold black tea (no sugar or artificial sweetener or anything else) so needless to say, it was kind of bland. Not sure they should offer this without something to sweeten it. Next time I'll opt for water. I don't know what else they have in terms of drink,. The website claims that a CD player with headphones is available but it's not nor do the TV's work (not one of them) so this is something they need to address, or get rid of and stop advertising it. My nail technician did not speak English very well so I was the only one there not having a conversation which made me feel a bit uncomfortable since every other cubby was taken and everyone was talking with their nail techs. She did a great job on my pedicure, however, and that's all that matters. I don't have the prettiest feet and she took care of them no problem. She was very careful when cutting the cuticles which I was nervous about so I was impressed with her technique and gentleness. Like others have said, the cubby situation is not the norm in the pedicure world. There's no relaxing chair, just a wooden bench that customers sit on and a kitchen sink that is low to the ground so clients can soak their feet. It's not as relaxing without bubbles but bubbles or jets aren't an option here. I enjoyed my calf and foot massage which was very relaxing and thorough. Clients can take home the buffer and nail file used which is a plus. The reason I really like Isle Pedi Spa is because it is very sanitary and that is extremely important. First time at Isle, I normally visit Citrus Nails, But this time i couldn't get to that location, so i did some research and found a spa near me. I came for a mani and as soon as you walk in their decor was like being in a princesses paradise. Front desk staff was very friendly. My Nail Technician was very honest, friendly and informative. Her work was perfect no mess ups. I will visit again and ask for Heidi my nail Technician. As far as their services they seem to specialize in pedi. I was a walk-in on April 7, 2022. The staff were friendly but that is where my good experience ends. I told the lady at the front desk how to spell my very common and six letter name and she managed to write it with missing vowels ( Isabel) Of course the next woman who sat me at the station ( zero natural light, you feel like your in a basement) where I would get my pedicure convinced to me to get the most expensive pedicure that they have. They had these little stickers with the new increased prices over the old prices and you can see how much it has gone up. Lynn my trained esthetician was very nice but she rushed through the pedicure hence it did not feel like a treat nor did she use any tool worth a salt to take out rough spots on my feet ( most were removed by me at home). Examining this morning in proper light I can see what a terrible job she did painting my toe nails. I can see the layers in different parts, meaning it's not uniform and I would have done a better job myself myself at home then what a trained person did. I sat at the most uncomfortable bench and the wall is your back support, yes you read that correctly the wall. The staff give you a pillow to place behind you depending on your height so that you may reach the foot bar where the pedicurist may work. It was sooo uncomfortable, they gave a gigantic pillow to place behind me because I am rather short. A wall is not comfortable at all. Whoever designed this should be fired immediately. No comfortable chair were one may adjust your position. All in all, I paid with tip $100 and I have to redo the paint job myself!!! I am never going back!! read more

The spa is decorated from ceiling to floor with glam wallpaper and chandeliers and is immaculate as far as cleanliness. No whirlpools = no bacteria ridden foot spas like at most nail salons. The technicians are fantastic, especially Kimmi! She is careful and thoughtful with her work and my feet always look ten times better after she is finished! I came in one day after work and they were pretty booked so I was unable to get a shellac manicure like I wanted. The girl who did my manicure was incredibly sweet and talked nail care with me. She used Nail Envy as a base coat because my nails had been previously damaged by a botched shellac manicure at a different salon. I was a little nervous because I was getting a basic manicure on a Thursday for a wedding that Saturday but I was completely shocked that the manicure looked great for about 8 days. I always get a mojito pedicure - it's awesome. The best part is getting cool mud brushed on your legs, and then hot towels wrapped around the mud. It's so relaxing. The atmosphere is upscale, and the place is super clean. I like that each pedicure is done in a sink that can be scrubbed clean - there is no recirculating water. This place is super pricey - the cost for a soak off and gel manicure is about $65 and the mojito mint pedicure is about the same. That being said, if you want to indulge, go for it - you will have the best painted nails around. read more

I tried the place for a second time because the decor was so cute. I assumed "the experience" was key to this place, since there are 10 other nail shops in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, the attitude of the staff is just NEGATIVE and unhelpful. My daughter couldn't find the headphones to listen to the t.v. and the nail tech said, "Oh the headphones are missing for this booth". They put everyone in the first booth by the front door. So I will start off with saying this place is super cute, very clean, nice staff. I went with my friend and we got our own little room, which is nice since we were able to talk about personal stuff with out everyone hearing! But I am only giving this salon 2 stars because... 1) We had to ask for drinks when we were not offered any, also we were told we could only have one mimosa per customer, which i was a little disappointed because I had not even gotten my service yet (i was waiting for my friend to finish her manicure). I had been told the drink limit was two per customer. 2) My friend had to remind the nail tech to give her the massage after her nails were painted. and the "massage" was not even a massage, it was as if i was just putting lotion on my friends arm. 3) I chose the Pedissage pedicure and it was just okay. I couldn't smell the lavender soak, and the "15 minutes of a heavy, heavenly tension relieving massage that will calm your nerves and soothe your soles." was a joke. no heavy massage here. which I was hoping for because my feet were tried from wearing heels all week from working and taking care of my two toddlers. all it really was just rubbing up and down my legs for 15 mins totally not worth 60 bucks when I can go to my regular nail place get the 15 min foot message and she will also rub my neck and arms all for 30 bucks. Absurdly overpriced! $70 for a basic mani and pedi (pre tip!) I can afford that but as far as indulgences go I'd rather drop that kind of cash on a massage or an outfit. This was a horrible appt. I had an appt scheduled for 2:30 on a Wednesday so I could have my bridal photos for the next day and was not seen until 2:50. I was charged for 3 services which I paid for because I just wanted to leave ASAP. My manicure cost over $120 with the horrible work done. My nails were uneven, the paint was in globs, nails were filed poorly resulting in large chunks missing, there were bubbles and towel fabric (black) in the acrylic, and the manicurist caused me to miss two of my other appts I had for the afternoon. I didn't get out until 4:30 and was disappointed with the service. Also after less than 2 weeks, I have two broken nails! These are acrylic so these should have been sturdy but the chunks from the poor filing is where the nails broke. I will not be returning. Too much money for terrible quality work. read more
