Someone cut my encased spare office key from a doorknob near my office! I thought it might be the building manager who might not have known it was my key. Anyway I found out on a Sunday afternoon and decided to rekey the lock. I went to yelp and entered some information on my problem and 2 companies emailed me. I called Isle Locksmith and was happy that someone answered. It was Shai the owner. I told him my situation and he said he'd be right over. About twenty minutes later he was here. I had mistakenly told him that it was like a home lock when actually what's called a security lock with a lever. He had to go back to his van to get the right kind of key. But about a half hour later I had a new key and a few copies. The price was fair considering it was a Sunday. Finally he asks what I need, I tell him that we are locked out of one of the rooms in our house so we need to get the door open and asked if we could also get a spare. He says he can't make a spare without something to duplicate, so I tell him the key is inside the room to which, coated with attitude he says " so you just need us to open the door then." 0530 in the morning I was rushing to head out to the gym. Got everything, locked the door. Both of my front doors. Thought I was good but when I reached in my pocket to unlock my car I realized my keys weren't there. That's when I knew I LOCKED MY KEYS INSIDE MY CRIB. Too early for most locksmith companies to be taking calls. I had to take action on my own to fix it but no bueno. So I went to look for a locksmith available. Like I said, it was too early.
