I brought this to their attention and had no response, so I had to direct the crew to correct it and remove the duct tape and apply silicone. They broke our gas line and we had to call 911, the work crew continued working despite an active gas leak, which is dangerous for everyone. There were many other communication issues on top of tbis I won't dive into. But when I build my next pool at my new property I would not use the Pool Man again. If you decide to go with them, you will need to watch all the work like a hawk and be prepared to be assertive with issues until they are resolved correctly. The process won't be "smooth." I sincerely regret using the pool man and do not recommend them to anyone based on my personal experience.

Our pool was refinished previously twice by other companies and all the old plaster had to be chipped out since there was no bonding in several places ! We had new 12V lights installed, an overflow cut in and railings mounted. All of the contractors were exceptionally professional and cleaned up when they were finished. When the replastering was finished, Keith came to start the pool, he added the necessary chemicals and brushed the pool for the initial time. He also advised us what chemicals were needed when we had the water analysed for the first time. Now the pool is sparkling like never before and we are very happy. We can highly recommend Keith and his company to any one who wants quality work at a fair price !

my pool had a leak and since the pool had to be drained Morris was going to acid wash it. Once…read moredrained it was agreed to be replastered. First, they took the lights out of my pool and hot tub and plastered over the openings. I had to call him and he sent somebody out to fix the problem and reinstall the lights. A month later the light was floating in my pool. It took 2 months to get that fixed. It turns out my waterfall wouldn't work because of how they fixed the leak in my pool. For months Morris said he would fix it and I finally had heard enough and I hired another company to fix it. They had installed the waterfall in the first place. This started in April and its now the end of September. That's how long I waited and the cost of the repair $4,800 and when the pool was drained this time I was shown "turtle shells" where a crappy plaster job was done. I now have to take Morris to court because he won't pay for his screw ups. Less time on TikTok and more time supervising his not trustworthy employees might have helped

They've become my regular maintenance company.
