Cannot Recommend Them…read more Had a hot tub installed by Accent Outdoors earlier this year. In July, I contacted our Rep. regarding one of the lights in the hot tub already rusting. Was told that they would get someone out at earliest to fix it. Here we are in November, and still nothing. Have sent multiple requests. Also, during design phase, we decided to have pop up fountains installed, that function every time the pump is running. Wasn't told that because they pop up every time the pump runs, that we could not get a cover for the tub. And also, with any big wind events, the water is blown from the fountains out onto the ground., thus draining the tub. Again asked out Rep a month ago, if we could just cap the fountains off, because they are not worth the trouble. Was informed that they did not know if they could be capped, but would "check and get back to us". Nearly a month later, still no response. When you have work done, such as installing a hot tub / pool, I expect some level of customer service to follow / continue after completion. We cannot recommend using Accent Outdoors

The delivery of my new tub and the removal of my old tub went very smoothly. Laura was able to adjust the delivery date when I had to move it with no problem. The delivery people showed up when they said they would.

I will update again if anything ever gets finished. I bought a lovely swim spa from Spas Unlimited a couple of years ago. We have enjoyed the spa. Noticed a few issues this spring. Reached out to Esmeralda in service. Paid a Couple hundred dollar service fee. Waited over a month for a Technician to visit. He spend about 10 mins with my spa. Enough to remove filters and the top of spa. He stated he needed a compressor to blow the lines, and the spa jets seemed glued on and were not popping off easily. He left. I truly thought he was either going to get a compressor or have lunch. He never returned. I waited another week to call Esmeralda who stated that they were "waiting to see how the owner wanted to proceed with the repair". I haven't heard back in three weeks. The request for service started back in Spring. It is now almost August. Unsure of what I paid $$ for service call. Absolutely nothing was done. I've been more than patient.

Final Edit: I would recommend this company. With construction you want everything to go perfect, but when it doesn't, a company shows you who they truly are when they either address the issues or leave you hanging. This company insisted on addressing our issues until they got it right, even when I was ready to give up. Make sure you reach out to Mikaela in the front office when you feel you're not being heard. She'll make sure you get squared away. Edit: We've had a few issues since our pool was installed; pool sloping, cement work, leaking, clean up, etc. However, based on other reviews these issues don't seem to be typical for them and they are working with us to try and make things right. The Company's front office, Mikaela, has reached out to us and will be working with us to make sure our concerns are addressed. I feel this shows they want to keep the customer happy, so I am bumping up the stars for now. We are scheduled to have someone come out and correct the cement work and sloping in December (we chose the date). I Will do a follow up review after these issues have been addressed. I will also welcome anyone who wants to see their work up close, before making a decision.

Was the wrong color, then it was too slick to walk on and unsafe for our children, they threw sand on it and now it just looks bad and is peeling. After a year of calling, still not fixed as requested. Middle images are what it was supposed to look like, but was too slick to walk on when it was wet. Aqua pools tells us to deal with concrete guy directly, but that hasn't worked. Maybe if they had an in house concrete guy they could have more oversight. Other than that they have been responsive.

The build itself went smoothly, but everything since then has been a nightmare. We have not been able to properly use our pool since early July (and even before then it was questionable at best). We have reached out multiple times--at least 4 times in the last month alone--about issues with the pressure and the pool not working correctly. Two people came out (one of them the owner himself), and nothing was fixed. We also requested a cleaning and were told someone would be sent, but no one ever showed. The owner's son came out a couple of times and half-heartedly looked things over. He never taught us how to check or run the system (which we were promised after our pool was built). When our landscaping and trees all died within a week of installation, I personally spoke to him several times for guidance and got zero follow-up. To make matters worse, we were told that our sand filters needed to be replaced--less than a year after installation, even though they are supposed to last 3-5 years. I have personally power-washed the filters multiple times trying to fix the pressure issue and even spent my own money buying four brand-new filters. At this point, the lack of professionalism, accountability, and follow-through from this company has been beyond frustrating. The construction was great, but the service and ongoing support have been absolutely terrible. We invested a lot of money into this pool and have been left with nothing but headaches and an unusable system. We are now looking elsewhere for service. Save yourself the frustration and get your pool serviced elsewhere.

We finally found Austin Jackson in a back office at his desk. After speaking with him, he mentioned he could not be out that week but could the next week. He asked for a survey of our property. Few days later he finally texted back asking about our availability which he was provided 3 full open days to come out which he never did and ghosted us at that point. Pay the extra 10K or so and go with a company that is definitely less stressful and takes the time to deal with their clients; whom are spending their hard earned money to hire you.
