Justin understands that if he doesn't meet his standard it won't meet yours and make sure you get every bit of what you wanted. Even in weather delays Justin made sure we were moving forward, including being on site hand watering plants himself if that is what it took. I was so impressed with what I was seeing that what started as a backyard face lift ended in a front and backyard complete renovation, again giving us what was promised, on time and on budget. I am in love with our new backyard!! Envy just completely redesigned our 20 year old pool, landscape and built us a 850 SF brand new outdoor structure with a kitchen, living area and bathroom. It is gorgeous! First of all, their architect is brilliant...the design blew us away. As well, we dealt with Justin, the Owner, regularly. He checked in and helped mange the project every day and was always providing us updates via phone calls & texts. We couldn't be more impressed with their professional and efficient business practices. The stone, carpentry and landscape guys were amazing too! All in uniform and very friendly. We had a lot of questions and they always took the time to walk us along. As well, they handled the permitting with the Woodlands - which I hear can be a nightmare. Our new pool has travertine coping, new stained, salt finish concrete deck, pebble sheen. I never could have dreamed that our old plain pool could look this glamorous! But, the outdoor structure is just more than I could have ever dreamed of. The wood groove ceiling, stone & stucco columns - the color choices were spot on! It's gorgeous. I just stand and stare at it! And, can't forget the landscape lighting - it makes the place look like it should be on a magazine cover at night time. Envy redesigned our front yard eight years ago. They drew up a beautiful design for our yard, helped us select materials, added things along the way at our request, and all working within a fairly short timeline all things considered. Troy was amazing to work with in selecting materials-something that could have really taken a long time to figure out. He helped us narrow it down quickly and the result is beautiful. Jose was always on site, professional, and accommodating while overseeing the construction. The team's communication with us and each other was exceptional. Juggling multiple parts such as pool remodel, pavement, landscaping, and outdoor pergola construction all flowed without a hitch. The only days anyone didn't show up was heavy rain days and even with that the project was completed in the time projected. This is really a one stop shop which was a blessing for us in that we were busy and hiring multiple contractors and managing all of that would have been too much on our plates. Major landscaping and drainage improvements needed, and what differentiated Justin and Envy Exteriors to me was the time invested up front to walk the property, have detailed discussions with us to understand what we wanted, and then the design processs where we were able to see a rendering of all the work and make adjustments. For us, to make a sizable investment, it made it much easier to see the details before committing. The estimates were also broken down and easy to understand, line item by line item.
