I saw their ratings and they were good. guess we can no longer go by those ratings.

My back patio is still a mud pit. When I asked them to come by and check it out he said he would but never came and I haven't heard back since. This wasn't the first time he stood us up without a warning either. As far as the retaining wall, my 80 year old grandma would've built an equal quality wall as they did. I asked them to build about a quarter of the wall but after I saw them working on it decided to finish it myself. I paid about 20% of what they charged me to build the rest. Bottom line, SUPER expensive, poor quality work, poor quality customer service. Look elsewhere.

John and the Luxscape crew were very responsive through email and phone and we were able to arrange a meeting time that fit our schedule. We were very happy to learn that work could be started the week after approving the estimate. The work crews were prompt and worked efficiently; taking care to not damage existing landscaping. We were very satisfied with the overall project and recommend Luxscape for future landscaping projects.

We ordered the fixtures through Ferguson and I had told them I wanted to order sooner than we did in case things weren't available, they ignored my request and then the tub we wanted was on a several month delay. So they gave us new options but didn't tell us that the new tub options would change the shower plans. So the whole purpose of redoing our bathroom was a bigger shower. That def did not happen despite me stating multiple times hey this looks smaller. Their sub-contractors often just wouldn't show up for days we either took off to be home or arranged for a dog sitter. The cost also kept increasing so what we planned for and discussed what a gross underestimate of what we ended up paying. My favorite parts though was the number of times a sub contractor used us to get paid since the contracting company wasn't paying them. The first time was during demo where the tile guys weren't going to haul off the tile until they were paid from a completely different job. Then after the project was over, another sub kept calling/texting asking about getting paid. Then one showed up to my house at 6pm asking about his money and showing texts where the contractors said they had negative balances in their accounts. So we had to show them we paid. They literally made this a project from hell and it's scary knowing they may or may not have paid people who know where you live.

Clint Noel first went over the project on the phone with us, gave me a ballpark figure of what it would cost, and then came to our house to meet with my husband and I to discuss the project in more detail. His subcontractors are excellent. We really liked the workers whom we got to know because they spent many days working at our house. The ones who did the tear-down, the finish carpenter, the painter, the electricians, master tile layer and many more were professional and very good. Clint is someone who wants everything done perfectly, and it shows in expectations he has of the people he uses. Clint also expects things to be done on the schedule he lays out for the project. There have been a few delays but that, I think, is to be expected especially when there are things that are out of his control, including the weather. He visits his job sites regularly, to maintain communication with the customer and his subcontractors, which ensures that you know he's involved in the project from start to finish. Clint/ Timber Creek Consulting Team Remodeling is the real deal! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone! I can't wait to start phase 2 of our outdoor oasis! I hired Clint and his team for this project as well. It's been such a pleasure to work with Clint and his team on my remodeling projects.

I'll never do that again. I'll just do it myself. They were finishing up for the day and the owner conveniently forgot the payment type. He stated he forgot his card reader and would bring it tomorrow. He then stated via text that he was only accepting zelle. When I showed him our conversation via email of the payment, he said he didnt remember the conversation that was clearly in email. I asked them to stop the work and leave all the caulking and power washing behind since I paid for it. Im not sure why they told my friend that I stopped the work. He doesnt own this home and has no say so on what projects I pay for at my home. Overall, they did a good job of what was actually finished but unfortunately, I dont like people that lie or "conveniently get amnesia." As much as I like to support small businesses, this was an upset for me.

Primo was quick to respond to our initial request and provided a detailed and professional construction plan along with a 3-dimensional model of what the finished project would look like. Kevin and his team were able to quickly answer any questions that we had and provided a quotation within 2 days. Primo handled all the inspections and permits required for the Woodlands Association approval. Primo built a new 500 sqft gabled patio with a 7' wide wood burning (gas light assist) fireplace along with sitting benches on each side. The fireplace, benches and supporting posts are finished in natural stone veneer with a "dry stack" installation. The floor was constructed with Belgard Origins pavers in a Crab Orchard color. The ceiling was finished with a cedar tongue and groove finish along with a pony wall and cedar collar ties. To finish the project, Primo also installed new cedar fencing in the back yard. We are 100% completely satisfied with the workmanship and responsiveness of Primo Outdoor Living. They finished the project on time and were completely transparent with all aspects of the construction. In our opinion, Primo has an outstanding team that completed the project as agreed on. Kevin (owner) was at our site every morning to answer our questions and oversee the construction progress. The Primo construction crew were dependable and arrived early every morning. They did not require any micromanagement whatsoever. David, Juan, Jaime, Chealbi and the rest of the Primo staff are outstanding, easy to work with and can be counted on to do the right thing. We will definitely be using Primo on future outdoor projects.

After several meetings and visits to different vendors, we got our materials selected and the demo began. The process seemed a little intimidating at first for two people who had no idea what we wanted, but we put our trust in Custom Restoration's hands and I am so glad we did! Despite multiple warranty service calls (December 2024 and July 2025), by an unlicensed plumber, the problem was never fixed properly -- each time we were told it was just "construction debris in the line." By September 2025, our bathroom and bedroom flooded, and an independent plumber confirmed it was a major plumbing/foundation defect that has likely been leaking sewage and water under our home since the foundation was poured. When we contacted LEVELTX again, they refused to take responsibility, even though these issues began and were reported during the warranty period. We now face significant damage that could have been prevented if the warranty work had been handled correctly. We are extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability and poor workmanship, and we urge anyone considering building with LEVELTX to be cautious. Documentation, invoices, and photos have been retained, and we are pursuing remedies under the Texas Residential Construction Liability Act.
