This Carshop has the worst service I've experienced in decades. I dont know who bought or took over…read morecarsense Robinson, but they're awful. It tookseveral phone calls just together through to the service desk. I made an appointment for 7 weeks in advance for the annual inspection. The inspection went well, I only needed one tire to pass, and they didn't have it in stock so I was asked to call back. Again it was impossible to get through to the service desk. I got a message to buy a medical device or it went straight to Car Shop Cranberry. When I spoke with someone at the Cranberry location. I was told they couldn't make any appointments for the Robinson service desk, and they couldn't transfer me to the Robinson service. The clerk said the Robinson shop phones "didn't work". I was going to go into the Robinson service area in person, but on the way, I drove by 5 tire stores. I'll make an appointment at one of those businesses for my one 129.95 tire. And Carshop has lost our entire family's business. We used to only buy our cars their and always had a great experience. Maybe 3 cars bought there in ten years doesn't mean anything to whoever changed Carsense to Carshop. But im not buying a car from someplace that doesn't have phones that work.

I called every MBZ nearby in VA to no avail. One call to Bobby's dealership was like a miracle-Jay F. Took my call, listened to my predicament and said he would call me back within 30 minutes. (Been here before!). But .... wait .... he called me in 10 minutes to say he spoke with the smart tech, the part was ordered, he set an appointment in two days, and we would be serviced an hour before normal opening hours ! Unbelievable. So we made the 300 mile drive and arrived before 7 am, the automatic door opened, and we were treated like royalty. The repairs (and a oil change to boot) were completed before 10:30am and we headed west. The entire experience was, and remains in our memories, as nothing short of perfection. Not only did our trip go perfectly, we just this morning bought a second Brabus from a MBZ dealer here in SoCal. (They have a tough act to follow, but they are certainly starting out on the right foot !) Thank you to Bobby Rahal, your team, and for excelling at 'getting it right' the first time. I purchased my 2012 Jeep Patriot from Monroeville Cochran in Jan of 2015. The buying experience was…read moreeasy and quick. No long waiting at the dealership. The best experience I have had. Warren was a great help to. When I purchased the vehicle it had a slight squeak. was told that is normal in Jeeps me and my husband did not think much of it. However in coming months the noise got really bad, made an appointment with the Jeep dealership owned by Cochran in Natrona heights. After arriving the service tech came out to the jeep pushed down on it and said yes that is not normal. He also told me that my jeep was out of warranty and I would probably be looking at about 45-90 dollars. If anymore he would let me know. After taking the jeep apart they found the issue and stated it was an arm control that goes into the bushing and the passenger side is worse than the drivers side. He quoted me the price to fix of 301.00. I stated to him I really do not think that it is fair for me to pay for something that had already started to be an issue when I purchased the vehicle. He asked me were I purchased the vehicle and I told him Monroeville Cochran. He said he would call over there and talk to someone and see what he could do. After speaking with the big manager from Monroeville, he told me that Monroeville is going to cove the expense to fix not one of the arm controls but both. That to me was a blessing and shows me that Cochran really does care about their customers and goes above and beyond to make them happy, I really appreciate the great customer service this type of service gives a business returning customers and customers recommending them to go to Cochran to purchase a vehicle. To top it off, we found out that they were video recording our conversations without my permission, which we found quite unsettling. It's now been three months since we canceled those warranties, and we still haven't received any refunds. We've sent numerous emails and made several phone calls, but we haven't heard back from anyone. It's been incredibly disappointing, and we would urge others to steer clear of this dealership.

They go out of their way to serve their customers. One time, they even had someone give me a lift home and picked me back up because the repair was going to take a long time and they didn't want me to have to sit there. Now that's service! I have an older car so I am always worried when I take it in for the annual inspection. Michael and his team never rip you off by making up repairs or anything even on an older car which I totally appreciate. They have done both major (replaced my AC system) and minor (old change, tire rotation and inspections) work for me and I could not recommend them any more. My only gripe is their driveway which sometimes gets deep ruts in it that's hard on our other car which sits low to the ground. They do try to keep up with it to make it smoother but it's difficult since it's just gravel. Minor gripe for such a great place.

#1 Cochran Kia is really #1 for me and my family!…read more I took my 2014 Kia Optima in to have some details looked at and the manager let me keep my car there to check on the recalls. He called me right back to say that my engine had failed one of the test, and that it would have to be replaced! Naturally, I was worried about changing something so important on a car. He let me talk to the mechanic and said that Kia would replace the whole engine, for free, and that it would still be under warranty for the next 5 years. I was happy that they reassured me that everything would be fixed. The manager said that he didn't want me to worry, since I was pregnant and had a two year old, so he put me in a 2018 Kia Sorento until my car was fixed! I have never been to another dealer where they would care about your well being like that. I just got my car back the other day and it is running perfectly!! I would have NEVER known about my engine needing to be replaced if they wouldn't have taken the time to look into the recalls for me. They took responsibility and now I have a dealer that I can really trust and respect. Not only did they pay for everything to be fixed but they gave me a solid rental and had it done in a week. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. I will be purchasing a new vehicle with them in the future.

Took my car to the service department today for the front end shaking when accelerating. Scheduled…read moreonline for warrenty work. I recieved a call from Mike, who informed me that I "need tires and an alignment." I told them I would get them elsewhere but that didn't explain why the front end ONLY shakes when accelerating. After informing Mike that I would be getting the tires/alignment elsewhere he told me I owed $210 as a diagnostic fee. I never once was notified of any diagnostic fee and would not have agreed to the service if that was the case. He was very firm that I MUST pay the fee to get my car back and stated "My employees do not work for free." I called back and provided Mike with Pennsylvania Law, Chapter 37 Pa. Code 301.5 that States an "automotive shop cannot charge you a diagnostic fee if they did not make you aware of it before hand." Mike then stated "Mam, come get your car off of my lot now. I will make sure my employee can feed his family tonight." After leaving the service department, I contacted another local Kia dealership, in WV, and explained the situation. They were able to see my car immediately and determined that the cause of the front end shaking was caused by a faulty inner CV joint that is covered under warranty!!!! They also did recommend tires but stated that there was no way the tires were causing the issue of front end shaking ONLY when accelerating. BEWARE and know the LAWS!!! Crooked, trying to scam for a diagnostic fee when the car actually needed warrenty work!!

I was treated fairly, and honestly. The deal was pretty straight forward and they didn't try to BS me. Based on everything my calculations and theirs were only a few Pennies off. The Rohrich team treated me really well, started with Paul, but he was really busy and moved me over to Mike, who was great to work with. Normally once you get to the sales managers the whole thing starts to breakdown, but those guys were straightforward and shipped me a good interest rate (for the current time). Pair all that with the "Rohrich Advantage" and it was an easy decision to buy my truck there.

I waited until around 3:30 PM in the lounge with no update or communication. When I went to ask Dominic about my vehicle, his attitude and the way he spoke to me were extremely disappointing. Instead of acknowledging the long delay or apologizing, I felt like I was being treated as if I was bothering him for simply asking about the status of my own vehicle. His communication was rude and dismissive, and there was no sense of customer service. The service itself was eventually completed, but even getting my vehicle afterward was disorganized--I was given different directions about where it would be brought out and had to keep going back inside to ask. Delays happen, and I understand staffing issues, but there is no excuse for treating a customer disrespectfully. Dominic's attitude and handling of the situation were the biggest reason for my negative experience today.
