He resorts to calling me a liar and says my review is fake, meanwhile now a bunch of his friends and made-up accounts start writing 5-star reviews to boost his rating. Ironic, isn't it? *eye roll* Yes, it did take me a while to make a decision and provide him with my video song choice, which I did apologize for. And yes, I did take a while to write this review, and that was mainly because I wanted to have my wedding video in hand before I did; I knew he would be the kind of person to hold it hostage for a bad review. To say that I wrote a bad review and lied about my entire experience because of a $10 shipping charge is ludicrous, nonsensical and a sad attempt at trying to cover up my bad experience. So, to reiterate, yes, he was belligerent and rude with me during my wedding when I asked him to take more pictures. And no, taking 10 clicks of the same type of photo in the same/similar pose does not equal "unique" shots. Also, we set up ALL of our own family/friends shots, he just happened to click the camera after all the work was done. Sudeep did try to contact me recently to ask about my review, but I never contacted him back for the same reason I hadn't contacted him right after my wedding to tell him I was upset--my wedding is over and unfortunately there is nothing anyone can do to capture the lost moments. I figured I would save myself the agitation rather than hash it out with him, what's the point?

Caroline was available for countless calls, emails, and site visits and had a great eye for picking flowers and decor to complement our vintage-chic venue. We had some ambitious ideas for our wedding, including hundreds of candles and globe lights in the dining room and 12-foot whimsical balloon pillars outside the venue. Stacy, Caroline, and team completely embraced the ideas and knew just how to execute them. When the branches we wanted to use as ceremony decor were suddenly unavailable due to weather conditions, the team came up with a unique idea we loved even more - huge white balloons with floral strings. They looked incredible in the space and we ended up using them as the backdrop for our family portraits. Flo Ny is an incredibly talented, professional team who are an absolute joy to work with. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

Then it all went downhill. She asked: "Do you just need assistance with the corrections or do you also want me to provide you with prints? I'm asking because if you want prints, you might want to come in while We are printing them and approve the files." When I responded that we only needed color correction, she advised me that: "I feel it would be in your best interest to have me do the printing if I do the color correcting so we can be sure you're happy with how the file, once corrected, looks when it's printed. Can you please tell me the type of print you'd like , size and quantity and the price you're getting? I'll do my best to give you a better price." My reply: "we already started the series of LE prints on a certain paper type, so that would have to remain consistent. We tested a dozen paper types to decide which made the images explode off the page, while retaining depth and colour." Her response? NOTHING I emailed again 12 days later and again, NO response and nothing since. This was in June (12th & 24th) and it's now August. Completely unprofessional and she lost out on an ongoing partnership (we have hundreds of images) simply because she chose to look out for her interest (earning more money on the prints) rather than ours, the client's.
