I don't even know where to begin with how much we loved Flo Ny Events. They do so much more than create gorgeous floral arrangements - they are creative partners from start to finish, helping you bring to life the perfect event. Caroline was available for countless calls, emails, and site visits and had a great eye for picking flowers and decor to complement our vintage-chic venue. We had some ambitious ideas for our wedding, including hundreds of candles and globe lights in the dining room and 12-foot whimsical balloon pillars outside the venue. Stacy, Caroline, and team completely embraced the ideas and knew just how to execute them. When the branches we wanted to use as ceremony decor were suddenly unavailable due to weather conditions, the team came up with a unique idea we loved even more - huge white balloons with floral strings. They looked incredible in the space and we ended up using them as the backdrop for our family portraits. Flo Ny is an incredibly talented, professional team who are an absolute joy to work with. We cannot recommend them highly enough! read more

I was planning a large scale bridal shower for a friend in New York and knew I didn't have time to make it back and forth from Las Vegas. I definitely needed reliable legs in NY. One of the bridesmaids had used FLO before and recommended I call for floral design and event decor. I worked with Stacy who was amazing! She is super friendly and accommodating considering we had to figure everything out over the phone and via e-mail. She sent me several sample pictures of arrangements that were in the style and price range I wanted. She even went the extra mile and made a trip to the venue for me when I needed to get a measurement at no charge...Awesome customer service! The arrangements were creative and gorgeous! Thank you Stacy and Joseph you guys made the event and saved me precious time and money! read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE I went with Flo Ny Events because they were the only floral company who had great pricing and made me feel like they cared. Shout out to the amazing Caroline. I bombarded her with emails and ideas and she graciously took all of it in. She always emailed me back in a timely manner, which I didn't get from a few other florists. She helped me with ideas and I absolutely fell in love with my bouquet. Thank you all so much. read more

FLO NY Events - Beautiful Bridal Bouquet - Florists Near Me - New York, New York

Stacy and her team are amazing! I held my wedding at Public in Nolita and FLO NY is their florist already so it made sense to me to use them for my wedding as well. From the initial emails to quick in-person meetings, Stacy and her team were sweet and helpful! I didn't have a bridal party so I only needed a few things--a bouquet, boutonniere, a small boutique for my flower girl, some flowers for my cake, and a stand alone table arrangement. I was very open in terms of what types of flowers I wanted--we shot a few ideas/images back and forth but essentially I left it up to her. The day of the wedding, the flowers arrived ahead of schedule and the bouquets placed in water to keep fresh. Was so happy with what they did! They also seamlessly coordinated with the restaurant and decorated my cake with matching flowers. Great pricing, very accommodating and easy to work with! No worries whatsoever! read more

I planned my wedding with Stacy, and I cannot express how amazing she and her team at FLO Events were. They were communicative, helpful, and professional. They not only worked with my budget, but they provided the most beautiful displays I have ever seen at a wedding (and i have been to a lot of weddings). They listened to what I wanted, and she created an even more stunning display than I ever imagined. Multiple friends of mine asked if I"d mind if they did something similar for their weddings which they are currently planning because they loved the displays so much!!! Working with Stacy and her team was a true pleasure, and I definitely recommend FLO Events for any wedding/event you are planning. Your expectations will be exceeded!!! THANK YOU for making our wedding an absolute dream!!!!!!!! read more

I needed a beautiful venue and a florist who could provide beautiful arrangements for my surprise proposal in NYC this December. Stacy exceeded my expectations!! Stacy is so friendly and easy to work with. She stopped by my Air BnB to pick-up very important items from the host for my surprise proposal set-up at her venue which was a decent drive! My proposal took place during the nighttime so Stacy provided TONS of candles! My fiancee had a hard time believing that the beautiful bouquet of flowers and floral garlands were real because they were so BEAUTIFUL! Not only did Stacy set-up everything at the venue, she also packaged everything up and shipped it back to me! If I ever need a florist or a venue again in NYC, I know who to call! Thank you so much for all that you did and more, Stacy!! read more

We got married on the 14th of July, 2012. Tomorrow we will celebrate our One Year Wedding Anniversary! This year kept us very busy!!! Tonight I want to dedicate to finally give thanks and show our great appreciations to all who helped us to make Our Dream Wedding! Our wedding was a real life fairy tale!!! We remember every moment of it and always feel its magical touch. We did a thorough job looking for the best vendors and were very lucky to find the best ones! FLO NY Events proved themselves to the fullest and beyond! It was very easy and pleasant to work with them. They listened to us and put a very deep and beautiful thought to every detail. I had my bouquet made just the way I wished it to be: Princess Kate's bouquet was my inspiration for it. I chose garden and tea roses with flax flowers. All white and pure. FLO NY Events skillfully put a classic and romantic feeling to it but with modern influence. FLO NY Events made our experience very personal. Stacy herself came to Gramercy Hotel, where I was getting ready, to hand me my bouquet. When I saw my bouquet, I was very touched. It was made with heart and soul. That how I felt!!! I was gazing at my bouquet, at every flower, at every bud, at every petal... they were breathtakingly beautiful. I was mesmerized by the beauty of my bouquet! It showed my life, my feelings... it was ME!!! FLO NY Events further used the Royal Wedding as an inspiration for all of our designs: at the Cathedral and at the Reception. Early in July we noticed that our Cathedral was under renovation from the outside. We were not happy about it at first but to our surprise it turned out amazing. FLO NY Events came up with a wonderful idea: they hung a sheer fabric on the scaffolding outside the church to disguise the construction. So it was even a favor for us that they had a construction wall as construction site looked fantastic! As we both, Stacy and I, admit later: "Funny but the construction was a blessing in the end!" They put the sheer fabric on the steps outside too and it was put especially for us- the Bride and the Groom! It was like walking on the clouds!!! The Cathedral was beautifully decorated with white flowers inside and outside. Our Reception had indoor and outdoor spaces. Both were fabulously decorated. Our dinner tables had beautiful center pieces: classic whites and greens with peonies, hydrangea and flax flowers. They were chic and charmful. Triumphal candles gave a magical glim to our wedding atmosphere. We had two outstanding outdoor pieces: Mountain laurel brunch 'trees' with hydrangea, amaranthus and hanging candles. Our guests enjoyed taking pictures by them! We are very grateful to FLO NY Events for all the beautiful work they did for us!!! They are the best!!! If you are looking for inspirational, enthusiastic, creative, and amazing florists for your special occasion, go with FLO NY Events!!! read more

Caroline and Stacy at FLO Flowers were a joy to work with. They were extremely responsive via email and kept everything amazingly organized. Once we decided our flower theme, they sent over examples that matched exactly what I was hoping for. They made everything so easy and stress free. On the wedding day, Caroline arrived promptly at our hotel to drop off the personal flowers. She was so nice and so genuinely happy. The flowers at our venue were gorgeous - exactly what we were imagining. We didn't have to lift a finger or worry about a thing. They set up all of the flowers and all of the tables looked absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend their services! read more

The florist was the last vendor we hired for our wedding; the bride, groom, and parents all had different ideas for the flowers and we had a very hard time finding someone we liked. Stacy immediately impressed us with her friendliness, flexibility, and expertise, and we are so glad that we hired her. She and her team have amazing vision and were able to pin down exactly what we wanted, even when we weren't sure ourselves. She was communicative and collaborative every step of the way, and gave us gorgeous flowers within our budget. We especially loved the chuppah she put together; we had had a hard time articulating our exact idea but again, Stacy knew just what to do, and we got many compliments on it. Definitely hire FLO NY, you won't regret it! read more

Flo NY Events delivered us some fantastic flowers that were exactly what we were looking for. We had gone into our wedding thinking that we didn't want flowers when we on a whim reached out to Flo to get some possible ideas. Not only did they deliver beautiful arrangements, when it was all said and done, we could not imagine the event without their beautiful arrangements. Once we were open to the flower idea we generated very specific visions and Flow delivered them flawlessly, while adding some artistic flares that were just amazing. read more

FLO NY was great. I worked closely with Caroline and Stacy to plan the design for my son's Bar Mitzvah party and they were great. Caroline suggested great ideas to make the flowers and centerpieces modern. She also worked closely with me to suggest great ideas for colors for the linens and she created an awesome Placecard board for seating which was a big hit. I wanted a modern, fun vibe and FLO NY totally delivered. They also worked with me to stay within my budget and were extremely easy to work with and accommodated all of my requests. I would highly recommend FLO NY for any parties, corporate events and for any design needs. They are a great florist and party planning business to work with also if you don't have a strong idea about what you want and need suggestions. They really made the planning process easy for me and were totally awesome! read more
