Excellent Limo came through and picked my family up in an SUV to go to O'Hare the next morning. The driver (Sebastian) was prompt, friendly, and patient with my kids. On the way home, I bolted awake at 3am realizing I had forgotten to send our arrival time. I texted at 3am Eastern and Eugene not only replied, but accommodated my demanding request for an SUV that afternoon. The return driver, Bogdan, was also professional, courteous, and prompt. Things that were above and beyond were the cleanliness, the professionalism, and the responsiveness. Cannot say enough good things. Thank you!!

The owner, Eugene responded in a timely manner and was helpful in answering all of my questions. My friends and I booked a one-way ride after a late night music festival. I was initially nervous whether the driver would be able to find us in congested traffic with road blocks amongst a sea of people, but after receiving his call we found each other fairly quickly. My friends and I felt like rock stars as we piled in and pulled away while most everyone else were waiting around for their Uber...if they were able to find one. The SUV was very clean and our driver, Vitale (sp?) was professional and friendly. When there was a song that we liked, he would turn up the volume but if we wanted to talk to each other, he would turn it down without us asking. Very attentive! We reached our destination safely and he gave us a warm and courteous farewell. I was pleasantly surprised when Eugene followed up with me to ensure we enjoyed our experience which we absolutely did. My friends and I all talked about how glad we were to have booked with Excellent Chicago Limo and how great Vitale was. Highly recommend this company!

Outstanding communication and customer service ahead of time; polite and professional driver who arrives early, with a clean luxury SUV. But it's really all the 'little' extras that sets them apart. This SUV had TV screens on the headrests and a FireStick that was great for keeping our 2 toddlers entertained! There were also numerous phone charger cords available, as well as mints, gum, and bottled water. On a more recent work trip I gave the wrong airport terminal for drop-off (having assumed my international flight was leaving from the international terminal). It was the driver who helped me realize my mistake, after my luggage had already been unloaded mind you, and insisted on loading everything back up to take me to the correct terminal. This saved me a nightmare of dealing with the tram with all my checked luggage.
