I messaged their manager with a list of 10 things they had not cleaned that we had agreed would be cleaned (e.g. fridge, baseboards, fans). He said he would personally come over to clean and then never did. On top of that they broke two things in my bed which I had to replace at my personal expense - peloton electrical cord and central leg under a bed. Pretty astounding how bad they were and how unprofessional it was for the owner not to make good on his word to come back and finish the job his team was paid to do.

They were there for almost 3hrs. they were 10 minutes late. One lady stayed in the bathroom for a hour and half cleaning the same place in the sink. One lady vac floors that were already done. This is what I saw as I was moving my Belongings. I had to ask the lady when they would be finished at the 2:30hr mark and they still asked for 15 more mins. They cleaned the home but "sat on the clock" to make the ticket price higher. They definitely took advantage of me not paying attention to their start time and progress. 390 is the new price don't like it but paid It. She sent the invoice Friday with a 5 day notice to pay. First time using a cleaning service and I primarily went with this service because they had pretty…read moregood reviews on here and their price came in lower than almost everyone else. Sorry...but my experience was much different than the other reviews. Maybe it was just the crew I got but they left a LOT to be desired (and cleaned !!) They arrived on-time and I showed them around at what I wanted to have done. I specifically told them that there had been some renovation work done in my condo and I wanted a very good dusting of everything because I had guests coming to stay with me. Because I wanted the place to be really clean, I paid extra for the "deep cleaning" and the "move in / move out"...which according to their website would have them "pay more attention to details (make your home look brand new)".......I seem to remember my place looking much differently when I moved in ! I wanted to stay out of their way so I went out and ran some errands. When I returned about 90 minutes later they said they were just finishing up. One of the ladies walked me around a few places and showed me the work she had done (primarily in the living room and back bedroom). I could also tell they had cleaned the kitchen area and stove. What I saw looked fine and I made the mistake of assuming that the rest of the place had received the same amount of attention...boy was I wrong. Apparently the lady showed me the only places they did pay any attention to. After they left I found many places that had not been dusted at all (primarily picture frames on walls and objects that were on shelves). What really got to me was that I also found several areas where they had basically wiped down the front "easy to reach" places on shelves but made absolutely no effort to pick up items and dust under them, or even dust between items....just a quick swipe along the front of the shelf and that was it. I also found the guest bathroom mirror was wiped down, but that streaks remained all over the mirror (almost like they had used dirty water or something to clean it). In addition, the master bath shower door looked like had been sprayed with some kind of cleaning solution but no effort had been made to clean it off of the parts of the door that were close to the floor. One whole corner of the master bedroom wasn't touched. Admittedly I had 5 or 6 rolled up posters in the corner and I did not move them out of the way. I guess I just expected that they would be moved by the crew.....but there were no instructions or guidelines provided to me prior to the crew getting there that I needed to move any objects that were in the way of areas I would like to have cleaned. Yes...I can be faulted for not looking at everything in fine detail before the cleaning crew left. I made the bad assumption that my whole place was cleaned as well as the areas I was specifically shown. Lesson learned.
