To provide some context, we have a 100 year old, 1700sq ft. house with hardwood floors and area rugs and a newborn. We've been working with the Next Level for a few months now on an every other week basis and are extremely happy with their work. First, they do a fantastic and thorough job cleaning. The team is proactively looking for feedback, so if you don't feel something was done thoroughly, they'll definitely revisit it the next time around. Second, they are friendly and caring. My wife is typically home with our baby when the team comes and the women are respectful and they love interacting with the baby. They understand it's important to have clean floors and a house free of dust for our child. And it's generally been the same few ladies returning each week. Lastly, they are reasonably priced. This was one of my biggest concerns. I did speak to a few other companies at slightly lower prices, but did not feel as comfortable working with them. Of course, price will depend on the level of cleaning needed and the amount space. They were upfront about the initial cleaning price and then how much each week would work out to. That price has stabilized. One final note, the team has let me know if and when they were ever going to be running late to our typically scheduled day and time. It's refreshing to know that we have a professional cleaning team we can trust.

It changed without communication to one cleaner and four hours. The cleaner mixed all the trash, recycling, and composting (contamination), which could have caused a huge fine in New York City. The cleaner attempted to leave 40 minutes early.

The ladies asked for $160 and we gave $210 with tip, she then instead of appreciating the tip, she asked for $200 payment on whatsapp without even asking her girls if they got the money. The third time we tried to use her service, she made many promises to come and then never showed up. I really wanted to help a local business but she said she didn't need us and had many other clients and asked me to stop messaging her if we were unhappy. I was very sad to see their service, I wanted to help my mom clean our house but I am looking for someone else now. She is cheaper than other places but be ready for bad customer service.

Luana, this did not take place over 72 hours, but instead over a month. I asked for the key to my…read moreapartment back on July 6th according to our yelp messages. You said you would reach out to plan and you never did. You were silent July 6th until I reached out on August 1st. The screenshots of our messages do not represent "perfect communication", rather the opposite. You are correct that your employee did an amazing job, but you yourself did the opposite in regard to management. I asked for move out cleaning and asked for my key to be given to me before I scheduled anything (I will upload a photo if you've since forgotten). I sent you a message as soon as I landed to give you time to communicate and for us to plan! I reached out to you again after not hearing from you on August 1st a month later. I was no longer interested in move out cleaning after the lack of communication regarding the key to my home. I reached out again the next day, and continued to have to remind you to get in contact with me. I simply don't think that's safe when you have the key to someone's apartment and have multiple employees working for you. Communication and follow through are important when you are running a business that gives you access to people's personal property. It should not be a requirement to constantly message you and hunt you down for my key. If paying you in order to get the key to my apartment returned was a requirement, you only had to say that on July 6th when I first messaged you (or any time in the following 3 and a half weeks). I made it clear I did not want to speak anymore once you made it clear you wouldn't either bring my key back or reimburse me for it. I said this over message, I asked you not to contact me anymore. Even with this boundary made clear, you continued to find ways to privately message me multiple times. The employee who came to clean my apartment was wonderful, working with you absolutely soured that experience. Fortunately that can be fixed with growth and I hope you take the steps necessary to ensure this does not happen with another client. Having strangers hold onto my key (I have never met you!) and not communicate while I sleep in my apartment is not at all safe. I wish you all the best!
