Irvine BMW is the best place to buy a BMW and we know because we are very picky and went to 10 of them. The rest were not even close to good. The prices here are fair and you are treated well. They had the color I wanted, which is not that easy to fine--It is plum. It is a Hybrid and so far we have had no problems. The parking there is easy and of course free. The interior has a lot of cars in it and it is so clean and the area for the sellers to deal with you is nice and somewhat comfortable. The outside is also kept spotless. My one complaint is our salesman who I know has left there, did not listen when he told me how many mats there were for this car. When I got it home a mat was missing and I called right away and he said "Oh, that mat is not included." Well, that is not what he told me and he and I counted them, out loud. I don't play. He then did not return my calls and we had to go to the manager who said he would look into it and did, and I got my promised mat. Had I not this review would be quite different. The manager is very nice and knows when a customer is right. I was there most of the day to test drive and look and talk. My other issue is they have a "genius BMW" guy would is supposed to teach you how to use all the features on the car. He was not good. He could not connect my phone, get my music and I told him to slow down and he just wanted to be done and go home. I will have to hire someone to teach me how to use my car. But all in all they are the best in town, their selection is better than anyone else and so are their prices.

I've been here a few times and I have yet to have a bad experience. I purchased my car here two years ago and it was pretty seamless. They even helped me set up my ID and showed me how to use everything. I also came back for service and everything was pretty quick. I got my complementary loaner without any issues. While you're waiting they have a nice lobby with coffees and water.

Thankful for the many years at Irvine BMW. They have a comfortable lounge with libations. Loaner cars are provided when your car is being serviced This year my service representative was Sergio Martinez and Isabel was the name of "a living item" at his desk. Check in via scan of key chip and the video diagnostic check was a great way to assess the present state of the vehicle. The advance planning was obvious and overall it was a smooth process.

I'm just here to express how I feel about this dealer and there service, i bought my first bmw 2023 330i at this dealer and that was my first big mistake, I came in today for just an oil change after I had already confirm with Crevier dealer about price and they told me it was gonna be 120.00 but crevier is 20 min farther from my house so I decided to go to my closest dealer where I bought my car and ask for same price for oil change they quoted me 300.00 and I asked if they can do same price as crevier they straight out just told me to kick rocks a dealer I bought a car from. And that's is just an oil change other services are gonna be way more and that's is why you go with the dealer that helps the people.

Johnny, over at Simpson Chevrolet of Irvine understands this basic principle, "Building Rapport" and looking to support the customer in their vehicle purchase goal. Johnny presents as warm, cool, down to earth, very knowledgeable in his roll, the car buying process, the presentation of the product and overall quality! I walked away with a great deal that would not have happened with such class at any other Dealership in my opinion from life experience! Other Dealerships should take note! Johnny, thank you for understanding A1 Customer Service, not haggling and supporting the customer's car purchasing goal therefore creating a very positive and memorable car buying experience! Don't take your corvettes in here for oil change. They will overfill your oil. I figured do it at…read morethe dealership so my warranty stays intact and theres a record on file. no way they can screw that up. literally only reason why I would do a $180 oil change that is easily DIY at home. Also James Simpson guy has a real attitude when confronted with the problems. Produced every excuse known to mankind before possibility of them screwing up my oil change. gas lighting comments on phone calls. After speaking with GM corporate with my grievances - Corporate suggested I go another authorized dealership, stop communications and not to let these guys touch the car again as who knows what they might do to avoid liability. I mean even when I brought the car in he had inappropriate comments and insinuations about the nature of my hybrid job. Derisive comments and jealousy stem from his every pore and his responses to my basic questions were met with hints of annoyance. I wanted to drop the car off and GTFO. I initially brushed it off as just another nosy person but he is a real nasty piece of work. I did not feel like I was treated as a person who spent serious $ on a GM car. I will not be coming back and will not engage with this dealership anymore as per Corporate recommendations due to James.

Volkswagen gave the highest offer, so I came here! Their actual offer was $3,000 less than the CarGuru offer lol. Long story short, I left and went to the second dealership, where I sold my car in under 20 minutes for only $600 less than their original CarGurus offer. The experience at Volkswagen definitely made me feel like I was being ripped off. Definitely save yourself some time and skip this place if you're looking to sell! The employees I interacted with were very friendly (wish I could give Faith 5 stars! She was super sweet!), but the offer itself from the acquisition manager was a joke. I was told that CarGurus tends to give higher offers than necessary, but that hasn't been my experience--I previously sold a car through CarGurus for nearly the exact quoted amount. The low offer seems to be an issue specific to this dealership, not CarGurus.

Then when I finally got in, they said I was 18 days past my 3 year mark (2023 GV80), and I will need to pay for service out of pocket. No real regard for their process being the reason and a challenge. I had even posted my earlier review before scheduling, showing my frustration. Appealed to Genesis as a goodwill coverage, but was denied. Norm Reeves did cover the oil change (to their credit), but not air filter and cabin air filter. I only have ~ 16,500 miles. Tried emailing oscar.aldana@normreeves.com as listed in reply to my earlier review, but that mail was returned undeliverable. Not sure what is going on there, but not good. I could buy both filters for ~$50, and replace myself within 30 mins or so, but the principle here is that no one mentioned when I called to schedule in September or January that service was about to expire, nor receive and email. Just convinced a close friend to buy a 2026 Hyundai Palisade Hybrid, which I now regret.

Sami was the type of person that went above and beyond to communicate the entire way, we didn't even meet him yet and felt the connection and care he provided and answered all of my questions.
