I wish I took more pictures! I plan on coming back here but this is a cool spot to hangout. Went here for a meeting and really fell in love with the industrial vibe in this place. The more I explore this area, the more I see that my tribe is out here. I love cool work spaces liket his one. Sadly I wasn't able to try nay of the food sense a lot of the places were closed. This space reminds me a lot of the Post's distant cousin. I plan to come back and leave a more through review with pictures.

OMG...why am I just now finding this place? From the outside, I was expecting what I walked into. I walked in and was absolutely impressed. There are so many different, little shops to browse, as well as a bar in the back and a coffee shop in the front. With that said, I grabbed a coffee and made my way into each shop to see what goodies they had to offer. There were sooo many things I could have bought, but I said nope..y'all with NOT take all of my money lol. Vintage clothing, dog treats, decor..all the things. They even have a sewing class, a tattoo shop, and a place to get a wax. Almost a one stop shop for all of your needs. Okay, maybe that's a bit of a stretch, but there's quite a few things to explore. Go check them out and see what you can find!

Thought this place was like the Post Houston where there's many restaurants inside. Sadly this is not the case, and I was so disappointed. There are 2 foods vendors when you first enter, 1 is a sandwich place and the other is a place that served things like acai bowls. If you walk thru the place past the many stores, there's a bar on the other end but I believe they don't serve food. Left and went somewhere else to eat. If you're looking for a place with a variety to eat don't come here.

Super cute shopping area. I come for casitabakes but today I took some time to walk @. Lots of cute shops to browse @ with great deals. Definitely a great way to support small business. A lot of cool art stuff and unique items. Casita bakes have the best deserts. Try them once and you will come back.

Passing through Houston and stumbled upon Ironworks--what a hidden gem! This space is such a cool, creative hub with a great mix of shops, workspaces, and a cozy atmosphere. I originally stopped in for coffee at Segunda Coffee Lab, and I'm so glad I did! Their Café de Olla Cold Brew with cinnamon cold foam was soooo delicious. My friend got the jasmine tea with raw honey, which was equally delicious. It's great to see a place that supports local small businesses in such a unique setting. Ironworks has a welcoming, laid-back vibe, with plenty of seating if you want to get some work done or just relax. I wish I had more time to explore everything, but I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Houston! If you're looking for a great spot to grab a drink, shop, or just soak in the atmosphere, this is the place to go.

We kept an eye on this vacant building for years... hoping an innovative developer would come in and make something unique for the community. And so far, we like what we see. (And by "we," I mean: my beau and me.) Inside, you'll find Segundo Coffee (with great hours), a CBD shop, vintage clothing stores, vintage furniture and plant shop, a dog boutique, a pagan store (yes, they do tarot readings), a tattoo studio, realtor offices, a mortgage lending co... and on occasion there are additional pop-up boutiques, live DJs, and community mixers. I did almost half of my holiday shopping at these local boutiques. Outside... you'll find parking! Houstonians love their parking lots, so there's plenty of private lot and street parking options. #supportlocal

You must order their barbacoa torta! Mexican chocolate croissant was delicious and almond croissant was pleasant. But please treat yourself to a torta...specifically barbacoa. And if you're looking for the best pour over, they do it juuuuust riiiiight.

Lots of jewelry

First time here and it was so much bigger than I thought it would be. There's still a lot of open spots so I'm really excited to see how it grows and what businesses move in!! I loveeee the big free parking next door and that they have a bathroom inside. I did think about how the upper floors or shops were only accessible by stairs and that would make it inaccessible to many people. There's a good amount of shopping inside and a couple beverage/ food stores right when you walk in. Along with a lot of seating in the front section! I only lot tried Segundo coffee lab and was rather unimpressed with it. As for the shops I feel like they had some really cool things worth visiting for I just wish there were more open. A really cool place to come by regardless it feels really chill inside.

Better than your average mall food court! About the service, I like how the different restaurants text you when your food is ready opposed to just standing there giving you the ability to explore around. All the restaurants staff has been very nice each time I've come. Make sure you make thoroughly sanitize the table that you decide to eat at. I watched the most disgusting thing occur yesterday: a couple changing their baby on the bare table. Nasty! They didn't even wipe the table down then I watched a couple bring food to that same table and eat off of it! Anyways, the ambience is always chill hence people doing whatever they want. I love the industrial look of the place. You can walk around and find different atmosphere of this place. It feels like a fun change from your usual coffee order and makes for the perfect little treat while exploring everything POST Houston has to offer. One thing I love is that you have options. You can get the pistachio drink as a classic latte or go for the matcha version if that's more your style. Either way, that pistachio flavor makes the drink feel a little more special and unique. Don't skip the pastry case either! They have a selection of pastries that pair perfectly with your drink, whether you're stopping in for a quick coffee break or want to sit down and enjoy something sweet. The shop is a great addition to a day at POST Houston. Grab your latte and a pastry, then walk around and explore the rest of the space. If you're already visiting POST for an event like Coffee & Cars, this is an easy stop to add to your day. Overall, Pistachios is a cute Houston coffee spot with delicious drinks, tasty pastries, and plenty of pistachio goodness. Definitely add it to your list!

I opted to get a firm "standard" support backing to pair with my "lovesoft" seating. In my personal opinion so far, I would sink in a little too much with full lovesoft cushioning throughout the entire couch (seat and backing). The customer support that I received from the exemplary Lovesac team members like has been truly exceptional. Anthony especially has exceeded my expectations in every possible way. Anthony was fully transparent in the communication process from start to finish, attentive and thorough. Anthony created a very enjoyable customer service experience with all of the attention to detail, explanations of the configurations for the couch and understanding my various questions and concerns along with changing some of the items throughout my purchase. This store has truly created a welcoming environment with great associates. Anthony has been a perfect example of what a great customer service experience is! Highly recommend considering placing Anthony into a high level management position, communication has been a huge help. When I called to get further assistance if Anthony was unavailable Coco too stepped up to help me, great job and amazing team! The value of the product aligns with the price, the texture of the material I ordered combed chenille is supple and soft. I would highly recommend this store for all friends and family along with future purchasing for myself.

Its floor-to-ceiling glass walls fill the interior with natural light, creating an open, spacious feel. As you walk through the convention center, there is a steady flow of activity...professionals wearing badges and networking, vendors showcasing their products, and visitors moving quickly along the walkways. It is the kind of place where you can sense the importance of an event before you even reach their area of the convention center. The convention center was strategically right across the street from our hotel. My friends and I decided to attend a women's body building conference at George R. Brown convention center. We have all toyed with the idea of participating in a bodybuilding contest. Then you think about the strict clean eating, intense workout routines and the number of supplements you dump into body, then you press the pause button. We found our way into the arena where the women's bodybuilding contest was taking place. The room was filled with anticipation, admiration, and respect. When the athletes stepped on stage, the entire space seemed to zero in on them...their massively lean bodies, muscle definition and their practiced poses. While we watched with admiration, none of us committed to pull the trigger on body building. The George R. Brown Convention Center provided the perfect backdrop to explore the possibility of bodybuilding. In addition, we perused the vendors present associated with fitness. Bathrooms were kept clean but they could use an update with some barriers and some spacing. There were lots of water filling stations and the staff kept up with refilling things like coffee and drinks they were providing. Lunch provided in the convention hall was done well. It was "lunch" fare for sure with sandwiches and salads and stuff like that, but they kept everything organized in feeding a bunch of attendees. I ate at both Pappadeux's and Saltgrass which are connected to the Convention Center and both were excellent choices.

I really like Rice Village. Great shopping, great restaurants, plenty of places to wander around,…read moreand enough stores where you can apparently convince yourself that $80 workout shorts are a perfectly reasonable financial decision. But Houston, we need to talk about bathrooms. First, the good. Rice Village is a really cool shopping area. There's a great mix of stores, restaurants, coffee, and other places, and you can easily spend a few hours walking around. It's busy, lively, and definitely worth visiting. Parking, however, is congested and annoying. There are paid lots around the area, but when it's busy, be prepared to hunt for a spot and then walk. Honestly, that part doesn't bother me that much. It's a popular shopping district. I get it. What I don't get is the almost complete lack of accessible public bathrooms. You have an area filled with stores that would happily let you spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars, but apparently asking for somewhere to pee is a bridge too far. Maybe businesses are worried about people coming in just to use their bathrooms. I understand there are legitimate issues businesses have to deal with. But there has to be some middle ground where the person buying expensive pants can also pee when nature calls. Pro tip: Starbucks has a bathroom. Of course, it was locked, there was a line, and you needed a code. At that point, finding a bathroom in Rice Village started feeling like a side quest. When you're standing in a shopping district with a parking lot full of $100,000-plus vehicles, surrounded by high-end stores and restaurants, and everyone is apparently on a scavenger hunt for a toilet, something has gone terribly wrong. Come on, Houston. Do better. Still loved Rice Village. Still recommend going. Great shopping, great food, and a fun place to spend an afternoon. Just use the bathroom before you get there.
