Keep a close eye on the time. Their clock may somehow skip a minute or two here and there if you're not paying attention, so I'd recommend keeping your own tab on the hours. As far as the actual moving goes, yes, they can lift and move your belongings just fine. My issue was with furniture assembly. Before the move, I specifically spoke with them over the phone and explained that some furniture had been disassembled by my movers in Tucson and would need to be assembled at the destination. They said that was fine. Then, during the move, they suddenly threw in the possibility that they wouldn't assemble some of it because they didn't want to take on the liability. That was frustrating. If you've discussed the requirement beforehand and the company has agreed to it, bringing up a new limitation once the move is already underway puts the customer in a difficult position. The whole reason for discussing these things upfront is to avoid exactly that kind of surprise. To their credit, they did ultimately assemble the furniture, so it worked out. But I'd strongly recommend getting confirmation about assembly beforehand--and preferably in writing. And keep your own tab on the time. read more

DO NOT USE !! They are unreliable! We hired this company to load our truck then 2 days later unload it at our new house. On the loading day they showed up 45 minutes late with no communication that they would not be on time.. We had to contact them to make sure they were still planning to come. Then the morning they were to unload the truck we received a notification that they would not be able to make it on time and would let us know when they would arrive. A couple of hours went by with no word . Our rental truck needed to be returned so we made other arrangements and canceled the service and requested a refund. We have tried to reach out to them several times and they have not responded or refunded our money. Luckily, we did not Venmo them payment as he strongly encouraged us to do because we are now having to dispute the charges snd are credit card company is investigating. The young men who loaded are truck were friendly, efficient . however DO NOT trust Demitrius Jackson, the owner. read more

Moving from California to North Carolina was SO stressful. Thankfully the least stressful part was hiring irongate movers, and watching the young handsome boys get to work. Now I'm not the kind of old lady to go telling people what to do LOL. NOT ONCE WAS I WORRIED. Demetrius and Saul showed up for the pack, Vaughn and Joshua were my unload guys. Absolute WORSE moving company I've ever done business with! They were over 4 hours late, showed up with no truck and only 2 workers for the entire move when I paid for 3 then tried to give me some BS about him not charging me for the 6 hours it took them instead of 3. Like idiot had you shown up with the correct amount of movers with the truck then you wouldn't have been so behind on the move. They caused damages to our furniture which we are currently seeking legal action against them. Not to mention the owner, Ryan, appears to be under the influence of weed or some narcotic! read more

complaints have reached me all the way here in Colorado regarding the unprofessional conduct of this moving company. It has been reported that a single female client was subject to intimidation tactics to coerce payment for services that were not mutually agreed-upon. This resulted in a significant emotional distress. The moving process is already stressful to further exacerbated by alleged threats pertaining to her residential location. Furthermore, financial losses were incurred due to bullying and slow service resulting an extended hourly charge. Please be careful who you let in your home. These guys are not it! read more

It took over 12 hours to move just myself and my daughter, so one full bedroom set plus two dressers and a sofa bed, plus living room and dining room furniture, and patio furniture (I moved the majority of boxes myself). This is a move that should have taken maybe 6 hours total, had they been competent movers. They were unable to move the sofa bed into my new house so my daughter was without a bed. They had to take my treadmill apart to fit it through the door of my old house and they obviously had no clue what they were doing, as they broke parts and it took over 2 hours to do that. I'll have to pay a professional to put my treadmill back together (hopefully they can). I have several pieces of furniture that were broken and/or are missing pieces. They took apart every conceivable piece of furniture they could to jack up the price since they were paid by the hour. Many pieces were not put back together again, leaving me to do that, but since there are missing parts, I can't put everything together. The door frame was removed from my old house, which they didn't tell me about. I found it at 2 am, after driving back and forth 30 minutes between the old house and new house, because they didn't fit everything in the truck, leaving me to get the rest of the things out of the house before the new owners came the next morning. The door frame had to be put back on the hinges and painted. The hardwood floors were scratched throughout the house and trash was scattered throughout the house, all of which I had to take care of before the new owners came. I'm also missing some items that I have no idea happened to them so I'll have to buy those things again, since I'm sure I'll never see them again from this company. I sent a text the following day after my move, got a response that he would call me, but he never called. Stay away from this company! read more

this company is no good. manager agreed on a to move my washing machine and two later its still sitting in my kitchen. daily manager says he will check his schedule and get back with me, which never happens. i advise people to not use this company at all. i even called one day and he misses me up with another customer and discussed items they had in there house. read more
