The company was highly rated in areas like pricing, punctuality, and professionalism. Those are three pretty important business practices in my opinion. Chris literally reached out to me within minutes of posting the job. He was courteous and knowledgeable in our communication, so I hired him. On the day of the appointment, he called to ask if he could arrive early. He and Jordan were very respectful of my home, my time, and my family. They went right to work and finished in far less time than I expected. The fans looked great, and they worked perfectly after installation. When you invite a service professional into your home, you always worry whether the reality will match the expectation. With GSD and Chris, the reality exceeded my expectations. I certainly will hire this fine young man again the next time the need arises. Tom P. Wilson, NC
