A few weeks ago, Terrance ventured to NY for a random weekend and I was extremely thankful. I had purchased an air conditioner unit from Home Depot and was reluctant to pay the quoted 100+ additional dollars to have them deliver and install the unit. I had asked if he would he be willing to install it even though he was here on vacation and he agreed for a reasonable fee. The full installation took about 30 min. What I liked most is he took his time, and even when I didn't have the right tools he improvised . When speaking to Home Depot they informed me I needed an additional part to secure the unit in the window. The additional part was 45.00. After he finished he assured me that I could return the part as it provides additional support but I didn't need it since he had added the bolts to the window to secure the unit. Overall, he's professional, detail oriented, and complete. Really great experience and I already shared with him when he comes back up to keep me posted as I have some other enhancements I'd like to use his services for. read more

We had rotted support structures on our porch stairs. Terrance answered our request for a quote quickly. He gave us a detailed estimate along with availability over the next few weeks. We quickly accepted the estimate and scheduled the work with The Golden Hammer. Terrance handled everything from demolition, build and cleanup with great attention to detail. The guy is Awesome!!! Showed up on time and got the job done before his estimate end time. I recently moved and needed help getting my new house set up. He assembled a bunk bed that sleeps 3, hung shelves in the garage, assembled a massive computer desk for my wife's office, fixed a leaky faucet, and even helped move furniture in the house.
