Like any other gym parking can be compact at times. But it's worth the wait sometimes. There is parking around the area, but if you're looking for a light cardio, for sure a few blocks isn't bad. With that being said, I still rate this gym a 10/10. From gym owners, trainers, machines (constantly getting upgraded), to prep meals, and all around solid gym vibes. Everything we have done has worked so as long as you are putting in the effort he will see it and does acknowledge it. He is very old school and blunt and can have mood swings at times and doesn't censor himself so if you can't handle criticism or don't have thick skin and get emotional I would not go to him. Pros: It's spacious, everybody is serious at this gym (no chit chatting/on their phone just sitting at the machine), parking is always readily available, they have a WOMEN'S SECTION (this is a huge plus for me!! Although they are not opened 24 hours right now due to COVID, this place is great and I don't have to wait for any machines or weights. I can't wait till the classes open up so I could try it, too. Cons: They need to clean...and I mean clean the dusts on the walls and floors. This is minor and could be resolved quickly but it makes me wonder how often they clean when I see the same dust piles week after week in the same area. The women's restroom smells ALL the time. Not sure if there's a plumbing issue but I gag every time I go into the locker room. There's no WIFI... I was surprised they had no WIFI. Otherwise, great gym!

He also took my college student budget into consideration when helping me choose my package, which helps so much. His warm, motivational energy had me ready to start the next week! I would've started that day except I didn't have much to eat. That's another thing I love about Mike - he pushes you, but also listens when you're not feeling great. He never jeopardizes your safety to rush things or try gimmicky exercises. I hated exercise my entire life up until I started here. His system is simple and starts with slow changes, which made it so much easier for me to adopt it without falling off. He helps you with diet, at-home exercises and is always available through text to answer questions. With the skills he's taught me, I've seen changes in my appearance and strength at only 6 weeks in! Most importantly, he helped me finally make the connection that I feel so much better both mentally and physically when I'm eating clean and staying active. No other online resources have been able to do that for me, so I'm eternally grateful to Mike for helping me make that change. If you're uncertain, schedule a consultation! There's no harm in opening a conversation and at the very least you get to hang out with Mike and his dog Nuna for a bit, who makes visiting the gym that much more enjoyable.
