I don't see no staff cleaning at night, I left a clean paper towel crumpled up to see if they would remove it and it was still there next week. Men's bathroom smells like sweat, moisture, mold, piss and heat. Trash also always overflowing. Some Members no more respect too just trashing the place. Crazy kine cans and bottles everywhere. Feel like gotta work out in one Tyvek suit. If we paying for faculty fee, at least keep the place sanitized and clean. Come on UFC we know you guys gots the money.

FTH offer a judgment-free setting where you can feel safe and effectively work toward improving your health and mobility.  I've been training with George for almost 5 years (-2 Covid years ) now, and I believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers in town. I started training once a week, as part of a semi private session, i really enjoyed the variety & challenge he put into the sessions and then he took me on for one-on-one training as I gained more confidence using the equipment. I extended my membership to work out during after business hours. As a business professional, the only time I might get a chance to get in a workout would be during, midday or late evening where most gyms would be overcrowded. I occasionally get the whole gym to myself. Another bonus would be free ample parking . I like that the gym offers a clean private men's and women's showers. George is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I've seen improvements in my aerobic health. I'm not feeling so tired by the end of my work day which give me opportunities to take on more changes. George's core training experience will take your body/ posture to a whole new level. No more bad posture or chronic back pain for me. I find I actually look forward to my training sessions especially now in their new Smart Gym. Importantly: - He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. - He is extremely reliable & punctual - always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. He's never tired and his energy is through the roof. I also thoroughly enjoy working out on Saturday's, it's not like your old school boot camps, it allows me to sleep in a little because the class starts when I get there... Saturday's battle zone circuit is a science based, full body 39 minute circuit training circuit that everyone can do, under the guidance of two pros. I hate to do this but I was seriously offended by my visit to this gym…read more -mats were cheap and dirty and looked like they were never mopped. -My body broke out in hives after we were done(most likely bc of dirty mats) - Instructor left the session constantly -My husband and I were cornered after our trial session by the instructor. And he was practically trying to force us to sign up that very instant. He was saying it's about 1k each person to sign up including uniform etc unless we signed up that very second. Sorry guy but my daddy is a salesman and those tactics don't work on me. He was super aggressive with the sale pitch, and my husband and I felt super uncomfortable. Once I said we are just not doing it- he pretty much growled at me. I do not recommend this gym. -but the people we met during class were very pleasant and friendly.
