So my experience with the place was not all bad, I did a reservation online and showed up to finalize the details. But they have a very unethical business practices. You go to get the unit and there are "requirements" not mentioned online or even with there offices. The young man bless him I know he's just doing what he is told but I am required to have a specific kind of lock, okay he explained it to me and it made sense, deturs theft if everyone has a disc lock. Then, mind you I am storing maybe $600 worth of belongings, I have to provide my own insurance right there on the spot or buy there overpriced $12 extra a month insurance that covers $2500. Unfortunately I did press on. The gentleman was very professional and sweet. The last straw was the, AND GOOGLE REVIEWS, you may want to look into this company. He said it was a new policy, he needed to verify my GMAIL, which I did not have, I have a Yahoo account, so he can send me a servay. Well I informed him that I do not have one, he said we would need to create one before I leave. I was dumfounded. Are you joking, no he stated. Now how can you legally require all of that, and on top try to solicit reviews for your company on a requirement for rental. I would like to know who is in charge of this place. I will be submitting a ticket to have Google look into, what I can see almost 30 locations. Hopefully the revovke any additional reviews after this one, until further reviewed.
