I called back and was told I would get a call in a few minutes as the "temporary code " also didn't work. Never got a call back. I call again and the woman was rude and wrong trying to say I had a balance and I do not. A truck pulled up behind me, I let him in front of me and his code didn't work either. I got out and told him I believe it's the gate. Two other people pulled up and I told them the same. The lady on the phone says she can't reach the manager and would call me back. On of the ladies behind me says it's been down all day. I back up to turn around and leave, one of the guys behind me turns put to be the owner and lives on the property. He let's himself and the truck I let ahead of me right in. Instead of saying, no worries I can get you in when I approached him to tell him the gate was acting up. He simply said, ok thanks. So of course as I turn back around to try to get in with my code and the temporary code, no luck and owner was not in site at the gate to help.

After reviewing the code in her 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe, the car needed a new engine, and it was a recall. Initially, the service team provided excellent service. We paid nearly 2,000.00 for suggested service surrounding an engine replacement. We live 3 hours from this location and when it was ready, we drove to pick it up. When we drove about 17 miles, the check engine light came on again, so we called and they told us to drive it back. After reviewing the code, we were told it was the catalytic converter and that had nothing to do with the recall. We were told it was safe to drive home and if there were any issues, we could take it to the local dealership, and the engine issue would be covered. When we got home, we took the vehicle to a local mechanic to check the converter. They called me in and told me to stop driving it immediately. The manifold cover was damaged, and oil was leaking all over the place. I called Taylor Hyundai, and after multiple attempts, by phone and text, from both my daughter and I, I finally got a call back. I was told to take it to my local Hyundai Dealership. So, I did, and I was told by service it was not their problem and only the dealership that did the work can look at it for free. So began my journey of trying to reach Taylor Hyundai. It's been almost 2 weeks. Between my daughter, my wife, and I, we have left several messages and cannot get ahold of anybody but service. Every number they transfer us to goes straight to voicemail. We have received no call backs after leaving several messages. No texts responding to a call back. This is the most terrible service I have ever received by any company. At this point, I will have to reach out to Hyundai USA.
