I then called the 3rd in front of him,which said it was the facility who over charged me. He then told me it was nothing he could do,as he then slammed down the paper on the desk and slid it to me. The gentleman helped guide us through the process of pick up and return and purchase of few needed moving items made our experience alleviate a lot of those moving headaches. The van we received had no damages or issues. We were able to utilize it and return it back with half tank of gas as requested. The return process was easy. There is a key slot to drop off the vehicle after hours. Just park it in the returns section and walk up to the front door and slide the key through the drop box. Easy & painless moving experience!

Was overcharged for propane. Brought 100lb and 20lb tanks to be filled up. Even at max capacity…read morethey could only hold 30lbs. Was charged for almost 34 lbs. I asked how that was possible and they had no explanation. Actually when you safely fill them they should be only 80 percent full so that is dangerous and someone needs to learn to reset the machine when a customer leaves. They also need to learn what the safety standards are for a propane tank. Will not be buying propane here again.

As a first time renter, there's a $200.00 Security Deposit. And when asked, how soon could they pick me up, the answer was, "5-10 minutes." 8-) Though, it was closer to a half hour, as the driver got lost (eek!). Unfortunately, at the time of renting (Monday, 11/4/24), there wasn't much of a selection (1 Pickup, and a Minivan). And, while I was on the phone, the truck was rented. So, I ended up with a 2023 KIA Carnival, with less than 39K miles on it. The vehicle was clean, and in good shape. So, my initial impressions, excellent across the board. But, another unfortunate situation, there was no voting today (cussing a blue streak). So, I have to keep the vehicle until mid-morning. But, at least there's no extra charge, as it's within the 24-hour rental window.

They told us that it's a black box in front of the business. We drove around and also walked back and forth the business only to find rat poisoning boxes. Obviously this isn't the drop off box. We went to side of the business and found the box attached to the railings. Blue Budget drop off box with instructions sign next to it. It's easily visible if they have the correct instructions. Hopefully this review will make it easier for people dropping off rental on the weekend.

This all started when we moved here from Iowa and they…read moregot are truck messed up or two dollies we had to go to two different places at two different times so we get here to Georgia and we get one month free storage. The next month will try to pay for it and this Office is constantly closed. we tried two different times of the day and then they just say they were closed they would never answer their phone took my daughter 3 hours on the phone to finally get someone to take our payment. The next month same situation you find out today that the office was permanently closed but no one informed us and they put a late charge because we also were on the phone again for 2 and 1/2 hours and they said we were late we got the fee waived and came up here just now and there is a lock on our storage unit when she said that they were going to waive the fee and there wouldn't be one no one here at this location to help us or on the phone for 30 minutes is all today and the other place which is about 3 miles up the street or two has only one person working today so he can't come and unlock that lock so we can get in our storage unit. This is the most unprofessional I have ever seen I have used U-Haul in the past and never had this kind of trouble. They don't know when they can get somebody down here to unlock their lock I have to get important papers out. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
