My husband called ahead when we were moving our belongings and spoke to the site manager and she assured him that we would have a storage unit when we arrived. When I arrived to Wheeler Road Self Storage after a long day of moving and a very long drive, the site manager graciously took care of me and squared me away with a unit that was exactly appropriate for what we had to store. The process was very quick and pleasant and the terms were clearly explained such as rental insurance, fees, etc. There are great features at this facility but the one that I appreciate the most is the on-site security. There are cameras throughout as well as the gated access requiring your passcode to gain access to the part where the storage units are located.
