Even if you read the contract thoroughly, they have found ways to circumvent their terms. I rented a small unit (5x5) for $32 a month, starting in August 2023. In February 2024, my fee increased to $60 a month, despite the contract stating that I was entitled to a 30-day notice before any changes. I am seeking reimbursement for the period from February 2024 to October 2024. Despite several attempts to contact the district manager, I have been unable to reach anyone. As of today, October 16, 2024, the same unit is advertised online for $27 a month.

We checked at 2:15...no answer and again at 2:45...no one and then finally around 3 the sign said open, the gentleman stated he was "using the bathroom" for an hour? And then this place is just not well kept at all (See pictures) People have clearly left their things open and abandoned and the place just looks trashy. I was on the the phone off and on with the call center for over an hour while we waited for the worker because we needed to schedule with a junk removal service and coordinate with the worker because we would not be able to be there due to us being Military and having to leave tomorrow. We drove over 5 hours to try to get this stuff done today. That being said rent at your own risk and don't expect any staff to be available between the hours of 1-3 :)
