Poor, Think twice before signing your rental lease here. The mgr here just takes care of his own peeps I was there for 6 years and the monthly charge went up $50-$100 it just got raised to $600/mos. Not worth for that grungy place with all moss, mildew and spider webs not to mention the leaves and dust that gets blown into the locker!! He also said that he's helped customers by moving them out when the cost gets high and move them back in as a new customer( corporate needs to read this) but when I asked him he gave an excuse!!! Renting here has been a nightmare. I have been overcharged multiple times and no one in the office has a clue about what is happening or what they're doing. I've spoken to three people now and they're very friendly but just keep messing it all up. I was charged a total of 90 this month for what should have been $30 rent, and going in to ask for help has just made it worse. The facilities are clean and look safe but the billing issues are not worth the cheaper prices. read more

The office employees are fantastic but the company itself is a mess and takes zero accountability for inconveniencing its tenants. The elevator in my building has been down for two months and I've called every number no possible to try to push progress forward. They haven't compensated or discounted anything for the tenants on the second floor this whole time. Separately-twice, I've shown up to my unit with an extra lock on my door which should only happen if a bill is late. I have an automatic monthly payments though. The first time it was a mistake because they had written down that I was in a different unit, even though I chose it on a physical walk-through tour of the building. I did not book it online. Then months later, there was an extra bolt on my door and when the employee got back from his lunch break, he saw there was no reason for it and took the lock off. Communication is very frustrating, as is there whenever-they-decide-to-be-there office hours. They always state they are short of people, but then they should put their office hours of when they are there on the answering machine and post it on the door. I have gone there several times driving 200 miles to get business taken care of with them and they aren't there, nor do they reflect this on their answering service. If I would have known how much they wouldn't be there over these past few months, I would've gone elsewhere. I'm always stressed that I can't get my payment in on time due to their flaky professionalism. Additionally, doors weren't secure and locked when I went to my storage and they blew it off. They seem clueless when I ask them questions to make sure my building is secure, and they don't understand what I mean by the door not being locked. How do you explain that a door was left unlocked except to say the door was left unlocked by prior people, and asking if they check them every night. I never got an answer so I don't think they check the doors. They say the gates are locked after hours (9 pm I think), but from the time that the office closes to the time that the gate closes for the night, there is plenty of opportunity to get into the open building snd steal our stuff. I keep praying that my stuff stays safe until I can move out of there. Worst storage ever as far as feeling safe and not stressing over late fees from them not answering phones to take my payments. read more

I'm writing this review because of the awful communication this place has. I was just charged $180 dollars for not giving a 30 day move out notice- which, fine, whatever, it was on the contract. However, on the day I had called not only this place, but also their online support, they didn't bother to mention that?? They assured me that I'm good to go, and I thought I was. Until they sent me multiple late fees and additional lien fees. Great that they waived off the $20 late fee but thanks that I have to pay $160 because of the incompetent communication this place has. I paid my rent in June. I realized I didn't need the storage unit anymore due to change in plans and finances. I never "moved in," as I never moved my stuff into the unit or got a lock for the unit. I told the representative this and that I would like to cancel since I don't need it anymore. The representative told me I was "good to go" I tried calling multiple times after the bills, no answer. Their online website support is not to be trusted. Not to mention, the first day I rented, their system was down, so I had to go there in person, fine, that's alright. I work from 8:00-4:30pm, I had to rush here after work, and had to wait an extra hour because of the representative. He reassured me that I would have access to the storage unit after office hours since gate access will be open until 9pm and he'll leave my storage unit unlocked. I come back thirty minutes later with my stuff. We couldn't find our storage unit, but after looking for 30 minutes, we finally found it, and the building access was locked. I couldn't get in. It's 7 pm. This place is not closed yet, there were also people going in and out. I had to come back on Saturday to finally gain access. First, the building access was broken. Second, my unit wasn't even unlocked... Just talked to a representative today, and he said that I would be able to pay off the fees online since I didn't have my wallet with me at the moment, I couldn't pay over the phone. I went online, and my account is locked. I couldn't pay it online. That's another thing they gave me the wrong info about, I guess. I have to try to get a hold of them for an entire day just for one simple thing... Sure, they were nice enough. But this place is the worst if you're busy, as they don't even bother to contact you properly, and they're hard to get a hold of. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. read more

Was looking online for storage facilities. We are in the process of getting ready to sell our house and will be eventually moving to Las Vegas. But we needed a place to store furniture per our realtors advice to make house look bigger. There were many choices to choose from. I called a few of them and when I called this location Don answered the phone. Right away, just by talking to him I felt comfortable and welcome, and that was even before getting there. Don listened to me and gave us a break on the current months rent (it is near the end of the month). He also honored a discount that I had seen elsewhere even though he did not need too! Once my wife and I got there with our two kids (5 and 4) he gave them a toy to play with and let them keep it too! We quickly got the paperwork done and ready for us to start moving items in. But in talking with him he found out that we had moved from Hawaii. We then found out that we both had worked for another world wide company (at different locations). But he then said that he knew someone from that company that used to live in Hawaii. That's when we found out that we had a common friend. Funny how small the world is. Kayla was the person that helped us out with our storage rental. She was very friendly and informative! She answered all our questions professionally. Great customer service. As far as the storage unit themselves go, they are easily accessible. I've had two knee surgeries in the past and the fact that the unit are in single levels, that helps a lot.
