"Pay bill online" has been unavailable on their website for days. No notifications sent out & we are being charged with late fees.

I'd give no stars if I could because their management has a pattern of being corrupt and lacking accountability process. Watch out for them removing your access to the gate for no apparent reason and with no notification. Be very careful of their unethical practices. We've been trying to make a payment for the past 4 days in a row, day and night. Their "pay bill online" option has been down, we've called them on Friday raising concerns, to be told to try pay over the phone (not secure) instead or come in-person to pay. Their phone option was also unable process our payment even with 2 different payment cards. Important to note, their office isn't open for the full normal business hours. Only 12-3pm and they're closed on weekends and Mondays! Once your payment is considered late even through no fault of your own, they have zero shame to get their hands on your additional $20 late fee, let alone consider refunding you the late fee for the inconveniences they cause to clients. Their upper management has a pattern of coming back with excuses on refund. This company causes all kinds of major inconveniences and stress which can be a nightmare. Their whole payment system has been down for who knows how long this month, and they couldn't be bothered to get it back up, care to notify clients about this issue and on top, have the audacity to remove your access to the gate. They really are the "gatekeepers"! Their office hours are least accessible, inconvenient and losing access has yet been unacceptably a poor experience. Closing out/emptying your storage is not an easy process or a luxury most people have but we'll be very glad once we do get to close our accounts with them one day.

In November I called this place about storing my travel trailer (6' x 8'), I was told they had a…read moreindoor place for me; cool, so I paid $91 over the phone, and the next day I drove my trailer there. The unit they had assigned me had a walk-in, Not a drive in door, ergo there was no way I could get my trailer in the unit. Called them, explained they misunderstood what I needed, the unit would not work for me, they said my $91 would be returned in 7-10 business days. It is now January, I've been dealing with 3 different people, the first of whom I've spoken with 3 or 4 times, trying to get my money back, each time I'm told "We're sending a request for a return of your money, we'll call you back within an hour..." and then of course that doesn't happen. Today, a new person answered, and He want's to argue with me! I ask for the owner to speak with, "I'll send a request... yada yada yada". Nope, I'd like their number please. "We don't have a number for the owner." ?! How do you "contact" them then?! Sounds like all they have in the office is an email address (hard to tell, this person is not a native English speaker), in any case, I'm still getting a run around to get my original money back two months after they were unable to accommodate me and my trailer. I don't know who these other people have spoken to ("Mike"?), but My experience with these people has not been as fruitful or pleasant. Something is not right with this place, the other reviews were written in 2023, so maybe this place has sold to a new owner? Anyway, I would stay clear of this place, they're not honest, their customer service sucks hardcore.

Main issues: 1. pricing lies (a bait&switch style of pricing). 2. Automatic "insurance" that covers…read morevery little. 3. Their online account access. 1. Ignore promotional pricing - once it's over they happily increase monthly rent by 70% of the normal rate. READ: PRICE WILL INCREASE ON THE 4th MONTH. This is consistent and likely an established business practice. Case 1: promo pricing was 50% off first two months. Large (intentionally nonspecific) unit- $136 "normally" with $68 as rate for promo pricing. Rented in June. Then, rate jumped by $88 to $224/month. Given notice in last week of September (25th) for November new rate start. After raising a stink they dropped it by $22. That's still $66 over what I budgeted. Case 2: Had to get a 2nd unit last day of move and didn't have time to go to a different place (believe me, I would have). A smaller unit at $42/months as "standard rate" (October '25). Promo discount of 50% for first 2 months. Notice received in December (26th) that rate will increase to $75 starting February. Again, over 70% increase in cost. And $33 above budgeted. Like clockwork. They claim: [*Warning - eye roll following reading their statement may cause pain*] "We understand that any change in pricing is significant, and we want to assure you that this decision was made after careful consideration. Our team is dedicated to providing you with the best possible storage experience, including ongoing maintenance and upgrades to our facilities." I watched this building get built. It's new. Upgrades..? No. Maintenance, okay but what kind of incompetence didn't plan for that in initial pricing? It's not incompetence. It's shady and unethical. Cowards. What does $100 get you every month? 2. They make you pay upfront for insurance at $12/mo that covers up to $2k. I suggest not storing items at $200 a month if it's all worth less than that. I gave my documents quickly. I was still charged (for first unit) and had to ask them to refund me since I was charged again. I got a second unit as noted - under the same account, passcode, email etc. They still preemptively charged that insurance despite my private policy being on file already. Needs more refunds again. Very dumb. 3. They have an online account (kinda) but it's limited in function to strictly facilitating them getting your money. You cannot see itemized statements. You cannot submit or view documents. You can update your basic info and payment info and see payment history (only total they took from your account so nothing useful). You must request actual itemized statements EVERY MONTH if you want to see what that extra fee is for. Only positives are the doors work and it's relatively clean. But it's new...we'll see how far their maintenance goes. Go elsewhere.

I have had a 10x14 storage unit at this facility for just over a year and, in that time, my rental…read morefee has been increased by more than 150%. When we started, my "introductory rate" was $103 and the following month it was $183. 3 months later, it was increased to $246 and, at the beginning of this year it was increased again to $279. There is an ongoing promotion and special introductory rate combo where the same size unit is $51 for the first 2 months (the promotion states "Half Off 2 Months") and then $102 after that. Upon seeing this, I thought I might go into the facility to try to negotiate my rental and was met with absolutely no flexibility. I was told that the current promotion and subsequent rental fee was only a promotion and did not represent the complete cost of the unit. When I asked if there was anything they would be willing to do to work with me, they simply stated that rent increases are normal for everyone and they were unable to make any adjustments. So, I will be vacating my unit before the end of this month because of these unreasonable increases.

The building had a beautiful window and Joe seemed really nice but he made me uncomfortable because when he was showing me around his facility he always had a grin on his face and went out of his way to stand close enough to me that i could smell him. I ended up renting a space here for two months. After I dropped off my boat and trailer I went back the next day to get some things I forgot and when I got there the gate was left open. I drove in and Joe was inside my boat going through the drawers and all my things were spread out all over the place. He told me that I "left a light on" and that he was "just trying to turn if off." I took my trailer and boat home with me and I ended up taking it to Chinook RV storage in Portland off Marine Drive. Very professional people here, no weird employees wandering around and it was cheaper. Feel alot better about this place!
